I bought some frames when in SF which were cheap and nice, but later realised they were really flimsy. I had had varifocal lenses made for them, and within a month the rivet dropped out. I was so impressed with how they sent me a whole new frame. Now six months on the arm has come off the new pair, and when I asked them to change them, I got no reply. I called the owner who was nice and said the manager was dealing with it, that the frame had been discontinued and that had I been in SF they would have replaced my lenses too, but they would sort something out. I have sent 5 mails to the manager and had only one reply. I have offered to send them by lenses so they can find another frame that fits them, I have found myself a cheapish frame in Europe and sent them a scanned quote asking them if they want to pay for the frame, and no reply. This is such a turnaround from the great service I had before, and now I see other negative comments here about their customer service! Im beginning to wonder if this will ever be dealt with....

I got over it when my reading fell out of my jacket pocket somewhere in the vastness of the muni because, you got it, at $19 a pop the ray ban titanium frames had already persuaded to buy two of them just in case. Do yourself a favor and get on their VIP insider mailing list so youll be the first to know about their very well-catered rock music performances. The selection and service level are great, and so are the acoustics!

Came here after going to a couple different optical places and they had a wide selection of glasses that fit Asian faces, the employees were super friendly and they speak English which was nice because my Korean is pretty bad... Prices were very reasonable and they made my lenses super fast..

I love this place!! Best priced glasses and a varied range of top brands. Their services and customer service is top notch as well. I currently live in Los Angeles, but I come up to San Francisco for this place just cause no glasses ship in LA can compare in terms of price and brands!

really amazing selection of frames, great prices, & very nice people, they feed my eyeglasses addiction. cant say enought positive remarks. if you want to have lenses made for vintage frames, they are more than happy to do so.
