Embody Studio is a magical place that delivers a unique quality of Yoga classes, Tribal dance and Nia accompanied with outstanding Wellness Consultations by owner Christina Mae Wolf. Personally? I have worked out in Fitness Studios Coast to Coast, from Wa State to Florida over the last 10 years. Embody continues to be the most invigorating and holistic workout facility for all levels. Embody also offers a variety of workouts, all having a focus on healing and wellness. We are a small town, yet Embody has created an environment of high eneregy and conscious awareness along with an open invitation to spread your wings and move to new levels of energy and health. And did I mention how beautiful this studio is? When were you last in a place with heated floors and hot scented towels to rinse off your sweaty post workout self? Embody is a beautifully appointed studio with a lovely boutique. The studio is sparkling clean and so inviting. You will find with the support of friendly and knowledgeable instructors and other members that your body, mind and soul will be nurtured. I love the tribal belly dancing classes and no matter your age, it is never too late to try. You will see changes in your body, relieve stress, have fun and feel part of a community. Embody is such a breath of fresh air to exercise and group classes. Christina and all the instructors are welcoming and caring. The sense of community here is the best. Coming to class is like reconnecting with old friends. From the peaceful practice of yoga and massage, to the energy of Nia and belly dancing, getting fit has never been this fun for me. I highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something new... try Embody... you wont be sorry.

Embodys is a very special place. Im so glad that that Christina has brought Nia, yoga, belly dance and special events to our community. I have been attending classes for two years and feel very much a part of the Embody "family". All of the instructors are friendly and supportive. One of my fellow Nia dancers said that my body shape had changed. Along with my body, I feel that my mind and spirit have changed shape for the better, too.

I happily drive a half hour to this studio every chance I get! Amenities like hot towels scented with high grade essential oils, heated floors in the bathrooms, ample water and cubbies, and warm greetings from staff puts the wide variety of quality classes at the top of my list of favorite self care stops. Try the nia class- its the most fun Ive ever had while sweating and I love the results in my body, mind, and soul.

Embody is a place to go to find ones inner peace, to feel a part of a very loving group of people, to be supported in ones personal journey to health, and to meet some wonderful people. The classes are designed to meet a number of skill levels, and all are always welcome. My personal favorites are the Belly Dance classes, full of Laughter, Love, and a sense of Sisterhood among the students that is so special !!

Embody is one of a handful of new businesses from visionary entrepreneurs whore arriving from cities like Seattle and Portland and are breathing life into historic old town Centralia. Along with beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, art studios and the ongoing renovation of the art deco Fox Theater, its definitely worth checking out!
