Where do I begin? I seriously love this little shop. Hands down cutest, funkiest, most affordable store in the Pacific Northwest. I come here every time I am in PDX and could literally spend $1,000 buying dozens of amazing, one of a kind, signature type pieces. Every time I wear something from Frock I have to prepared to talk about it! They have the best jackets, skirts, jewelry, dresses, socks, scarves...you name it they have it. Best place to buy gifts or fabulous pieces for yourself. I love the gals that run it! They are so much fun to shop with. I couldnt recommend it more!!
