Not only was I stalked around the store like a common thief but the sales reps were rather rude to myself and my friend the entire time. We were nothing but polite the entire time and checking things out because we had NEVER been into the store before. My friends friend had suggested going into the store to find an item that she has on sale at the store. We were not told the item description but had to guess which was hers....... The painting behind the counter was intriguing so my friend had asked if it was done locally thinking it would be what his friend had there. They said yes it was and it was a guy who painted it....when asked if he could take a picture of it the gal behind counter very rudely said that she would rather that he didnt. There was no need for her to be rude.....way to show courtesy to people from out of state who moved into the area recently.......I have lip rings......tha doesnt make me a thief...... I WAS debating on bringing in items I myself make being Native American and an Enrolled Member of a tribe means bein able to put Handcrafted by Native on things grab peoples attentions and purchases.....I can say I will turn every single person I can away from the horrid customer service of Lucky Me...... I wish the worst for the attitude o the employees......its winter....big fluffy coats keep people warm...

Not a complainer...honestly. But I would never purchase another thing from this store. Cute, yes. Customer service friendly-no. I bought a pair of sunglasses and within two weeks one of the ear pieces broke. I temorarily fixed them and the next time I was in LO (which was only a few days after it broke), I stopped in. I asked them to replace them. They said they couldnt do that; Id have to leave them and have them sent out for repair. The "fix" was just having a little screw inserted but I thought it was very poor customer service to even refuse to discuss another option than leaving them with the store. The sales person in the front of the store had to keep going "to the back" to ask questions. Why the person who wanted to remain anonymous in the back didnt at least come out to speak with me is curious. Customer service is so very important these days; competition is fierce. I ended up leaving without a fix, with my broken (and new) sunglasses, vowing to never purchase another thing from the store. This review is justified (sorry, Lucky Me). Id rather give my business to any of the other LO stores that actually care about their customers satisfaction.
