The service here is absolutely horrendous. The few times Ive stopped by Ive never been greeted nor asked if I needed help by any of the sales associates. Not a huge deal since Im a makeup artist myself but... this should be the standard. Recently I stopped by with a friend to take a look at new products. We decided to purchase a few things and stayed a few minutes past closing (4-5 minutes to be exact) and one of the cashiers (blonde/average height) CLOSED HER REGISTER and started counting her money. This was weird since she was helping another customer a couple of minutes before we walked up. She immediately told us "sorry" they were closed and wed have to come back. She said this 3 times to each reply we gave about the lady checking out beforehand. As we were kindly putting things back, one of the JCPenney girls (another blonde) walked up to escort us out of the store without asking what happened, just a "were closed, where did you park?". The next day my friend and I went to the Ulta store close by and purchased our makeup from the helpful staff there.

I went in today, looking to drop some money on make-up. Lately, Ive been getting back into make-up as an artist and moving up from drugstore stuff. I was very excited to see that there was a Sephora in JCpenney so I could go in person instead of ordering online. I had a few questions, when I got in there right off the bat, and I couldnt get an associates help. It wasnt until I started looking at an expensive brand line that someone came over to assist me. They seemed friendly, until they color matched me for a foundation. Once I was matched and picking up the product and a few other things, I asked about a lip liner a friend advised, and the lady who was helping me than snapped that she "had already given me a service" and couldnt help me anymore. I was then appointed a cheap liner that was clearly broken. When I asked about it, I was completely ignored. I just wanted to write a review that as a average consumer this was a terrible experience for me. I walked in with no make-up on and clearly walked out without any in hand.

The worst Sephora I have ever been to. I have waited to review this location because I wanted to give it another shot over and over. I only come here because there is nothing else in town. Most times I opt to order my make-up online to avoid this store. I work in retail so I understand everyone/ every store even can have a bad day but every single time I come to this store I am disappointed. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Most of the time I am not greeted and the rare times I am approached it is with a careless attitude and snark. Aside from the awful environment the employees create, they are out of the already small amount of products they carry very often.

Every time I have been to this store, Ive been treated with nothing but respect. The employees color matched me and grandmother and helped both of us find perfect foundations. They are always asking if they can help. Most of the time I say Im fine, but I do deeply appreciate them checking on me and making sure I know all the products Im looking at/looking for. Lovely people. Lovely store.

Horrible! If I could give no stars I would! If the staff isnt annoyingly badgering you m, they ignore you all together! Employee # 0004 is rude! After spending $200 she didnt bother saying thank you or have a nice day. Just picked up the bag and handed it to me! Furthermore they are always out of stock! Often they only have a few colors of a product. Big waste of time going there!

Every time Ive been to this store Ive had superb customer service! The ladies are extremely helpful and they dont hesitate to show me items that are equivalent to the quality and that wont be so hard on my budget. Im seriously impressed with these girls! They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and passionate about the products! Ill be a customer for life!

I HATE this Sephora. Its absolutely silly how unhelpful they are. I call in often to check for things to be in stock and RARELY do they actually check for me they often just cut me off and say "oh thats out of stock and has been for months sorry" and hang up. then I go to the store and check- and its there. Rude.

Sephora is a place to find high quality make up and fragrances. I dont usually shop here because its way out of my price range.
