I am only giving it 4 stars right now, because I am still in the middle of getting help.. This is my 2nd vehicle I purchased from Josh. And he is absolutely wonderful, and very helpful. I purchased my 2009 Subaru Forester on the 25th and 2 days later I kept hearing a very loud squeaking sound. Called Josh and he was all over it making calls, making sure my car gets looked at and fixed if it needed to be. In the meantime I went to my local mechanic and it was just the power steering belt that was loose. So he tightened it and thats when he heard the power steering pump is definitely going out. So I called Josh back and told him what I did and he said "no problem" we will make this right. Drove all the way back the following weekend from Maple Valley to only be told from the Nissan service center "He didnt have the man power or the parts and wasnt aware of my issue". Im not going to lie I was upset, and angry that I drove all the way out there for nothing. So after 2 hours waiting they told me the reason my pump was making the grinding sound is because my power steering fluid was thick and clumpy, so he flushed it all and said the noise would go away... Drove 58 miles back home and the pump was louder and the noise was still there.. So I called Josh again... Josh has been working all week to make sure he gets some answers for me and has kept me informed on what he is doing... Today I scheduled my appt with Advantage autoworks for Monday so they can fix pump. Josh Beckner, Sean Green, and Jearomy Dinkens all were wonderful, and my car buying experience was just as fantastic as the last time I was there 3+ years ago. I trust that Josh and his team will do whatever it takes to make it right since this will be my 3rd time out there in a couple weeks.... This little set back wont change my decision about buying my 3rd car, or sending friends to see Josh and his team, because of the outstanding customer service. I hope after Monday I can give this review 5 stars..... ***UPDATE*** Well the Advantage Autoworks Service Department told my boyfriend (I couldnt take the day off) that it is in fact the Power Steering Pump is bad.. So they ordered one and I will be back in a couple weeks to get it installed. I wish the first service guy at the service center across the street would have cared enough to actually look at it, and I could have had the part ordered over a week ago..... Very disappointed in Advantage Nissans service Center, but Advantage Autoworks is AWESOME!!!! I am giving it 5 stars now because they have been great in helping me get this fixed, and I will send all my friends and family to Josh Beckner...

My partner Barbara and I contacted Chuck Capps on the recommendation of the SeaTac Quik Stop service manager, Kevin Bennett. Chuck replied to my reaching out email the same day; I liked him instantly when we finally spoke on the phone. We wanted a black Mercury Grand Marquis with very specific “stuff” on it and Chuck and his brother worked tirelessly to make that happen. The process started on April 4, 2012; Barbara and I were there on April 28, 2012 to pick up our beautiful Black Beauty. What a blast that was….best car buying experience EVER! The car is everything we wanted and more, actually. We both (really!) got tears in our eyes during the first walk-around of the car. We’ve bought cars from dealers before, but never had so much fun as this. The staff was AWESOME, Chuck was everything we thought he’d be, his brother was da bomb, Shane in financing was terrific, and Tom was so patient and helpful as we went through the process. Most of all, the experience was honest, open, they answered all questions and they genuinely wanted to please us, unlike many used car dealers we have had the displeasure of dealing with. Thanks SO much, again, everyone at Advantage Autoworks for this beautiful car, the fun video you put up on YouTube and the outstanding service and work everyone did. We felt special the instant we stepped in the door. Chuck Capps and his crew are our forever go-to guys for any future vehicle needs. It’s worth the drive to Bremerton!

This is difficult to write because I just cannot say enough about the buying experience at Advantage Nissan Autoworks. This is our 3rd vehicle from them ( we acquired a gorgeous 2012 Dodge Grande Caravan SXT) and they always go the extra mile, treat us with respect and end up finding a vehicle that we always love. They always follow through on their word of promised work or finding out more information if needed. They have seen every car finance situation out there too and are willing to work as a team with you to get to the end result- A nice car you can afford. The service department was a wealth of information and very nice guys too. We felt like we had attended a class after we left the service dept. Thank you to Sean Green and Mark Kerson for everything. Never in my life have Ive been treated so well. We first came in because we got an advertisement in the mail for only a gift card. Larry Wright welcomed us before we even got into the door. He made sure that we not only got a certified pre owned car within our price range but one of the safest for my wife and I cause she was recently involved in a car accident. In fact all the employees at Advantage Autoworks treated us not only with the up most respect but made sure that we were comfortable through out our stay. Its mind blowing how well Shane Stansell had our best intrest in consideration when it came to our finances. The intire crew of Advatage derserves more than five stars. They are not only our go to car dealers but now our good friends.

I had looked around at a lot of dealerships and never felt like I was getting a good deal, until I came down to Advantage Autoworks, that is. I was invited by Mike Megill, a former coworker and agreed to stop in and test drive a few cars but I figured that since I didnt have a lot of credit history, I wouldnt be able to get financed. Surprise surprise! He and Shane Stansell worked their magic and I walked away with the perfect car for me with a ridiculously low interest rate! These guys not only love their job, theyre great at it!! I will be coming back here when Im ready to upgrade and I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!

Everything about my experience with Advantage was incredible. I bought a 2006 Subaru Legacy sedan, and I absolutely love this car. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and never once made me feel pressured. Not too long after buying the car I experienced some problems. The service department worked hard and fast to make sure everything was fixed, at no cost to me. Kristy and Ken couldnt have been more helpful, they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I would encourage anyone interested in buying a new or used car to go to Advantage Auto and Advantage Nissan. The best car buying experience Ive ever had.
