Pros: Car is awesome, aside from what needs to be replaced. They reimbursed me for the brakes. Cons: I was told that if I financed through the dealer the car had to be sticker price, I was a first time buyer so I had no argument against it at the time, but a few days after I signed the papers I talked to the loan company and they asked if the dealer had lowered the price for me at all, which to me says that they could have. I was also told that the battery was dead so they were going to put a new one in, a few days after I combed over the car in my garage to find that the battery was NOT new(edit: it was a refurbished battery). On top of that it needs new brake pads on all four corners, when I asked about that he said "Yeah but thats like $40..." Oh, and it needs two new bulbs on the right housing. And an oil change. Edit: While being paid back for the brakes was nice, its easier to say you cant adjust the price, and then cut a check for $100. I appreciate the effort they put in to make me a happy customer, but you cant change whats already been done.

I had THE BEST car buying experience at Expo Auto. Dimitry was really helpful & was willing to work with me so I could get the car I wanted. I started to look for a car few months back and have been to many big and small dealerships in Tacoma, Fife and Puyallup. At many dealerships I was pressured to buy a car with high milage in my budget or being pushed to finance through the dealership for cars outside of my budget. Sometimes I was not even greeted or helped at other dealerships. At Expo Auto this was not the case, I was greeted immediately, and not pushed to go out of my budget or finance to get the car I wanted. My car runs AMAZING and I am so glad I went to Expo Auto. I reccomend anyone looking for a car to stop by or at least check their website. The service is AMAZING and so are the cars. I am so glad I went to Expo Auto because finding the perfect car was becoming exhausting, but at Expo Auto the process was smooth, hassel free, pressure free and now I have a reliable car and its exactly the one I wanted.

Hubby was looking for a nice dodge and this one was the best price for what we were looking to spend. Took it for a test drive and unfortunately it was a hot day and a/c pump was out but while we did paperwork conveniently at home they got it in to their mechanic and got that taken care of plus some other things for just a little extra but it was nice and fast. We showed up got the key and drove off. Very friendly customer service would definitely recommend them for someone not wanting to spend a lot on a newer car.

Great place to buy a car. I found several cars to choose from in my budget. Test drove 3 of them and got all the info and car fax from the salesman who was happy to help us without pressure. Very happy with my new Volvo and recommend them if you are looking for a good car buying experience.

Junk Yard, any car that I tried to test drive had check engine light on or dead battery , they advertise financing available and when I asked about financing the kid said they only work with a bank that offer 29.9% interest rate , save your time and find dealership with better reputation.

Overall good experience. Let us take our time checking out one car we were interested in. Took it for a test drive twice. Was able to get the price down a little. Friendly service, quick process to buy. I would recommend Expo Auto to others.

Well I thought I got a great car. My car is messed up after 2 month. The dealer wont help me at all. I offered to buy the parts and have there Machineic put it in. They said I was on my own.I only put 3,000 miles on the car.
