Initially, very happy with my vehicle. Then issues started showing up. The paints protective coating began to chip off, vents didnt work, and knobs didnt completely work. Then, when I went in to get a DEQ test the cars computers VIN number did no match the vehicles VIN. First, this raised suspicions that this could be a stollen vehicle. I tried to contact Grand Auto about this issue but never got a response. Second, this ended up costing me over $200 and hours of my free time to get sorted out. All because of a simple thing that Grand Auto neglected to do correctly in the first place. Grand Auto may be good at making temporary and aesthetic fixes but you will likely come to find a load of issues below all that and they will be zero help.

Bought a 2015 Subaru Forester with a salvaged title from them last year and have been very happy with the car. You cant even tell it was ever in an accident. Everything works well on the car. I had a small leak in the car and took it back to them which they worked on for hours with no questions asked. Since then and 10,000 miles later I am still very happy with the car and the experience of buying from them.
