We had been looking for a new car for a while when I read the reviews about this dealership. We were first time car buyers and had heard the horror stories of car dealerships from everyone, but this place seemed different. We liked the idea of a no bull price and only dealing with one person. I had applied on Truecar for more info about a certain subaru and was bombarded with calls and emails non stopped which I found annoying, but then Bill Williams called me and wasnt trying to push me into anything. I told him it would probably be a little before we get a new car and he was totally understanding about it. So when I found a car we liked I texted Bill and he told me the colors available and the no bull price right away, which I really liked because all the other sales people I had texted at different dealerships wouldnt tell me numbers over the text which is annoying. So we went in last night to look at the car and let me tell you, this dealership is fantastic. Huge inside inventory, VERY friendly people and no one hounding you about cars. We met up with Bill and right out of the gate I liked him. He was straight forward with everything and didnt seem overly eager to get us into a car. It was actually a really relaxing experience. I couldnt believe how much different it was from the stories of sharks just trying to get you into something you might not enjoy really. Bill genuinely cared about us getting the right car and making sure we were happy. We ended up getting a brand new 2017 Forrester and we could not be happier! Bill explained everything fantasticly as we were going through the paperwork and not once did we feel pressured into anything. I can honestly say I will send anyone I know looking to get a car to Bill Williams. Great dealership and great sales associate! Thanks!

After looking at the Wisonville Subaru website I was contacted by Roree Lewis who invited me to come in and meet the team and look around. I let her know that I wasnt ready to buy I was just looking. Roree was so kind and would check back in with me every 2-3 weeks inviting me in. When I finally had time to make the hour drive I emailed her and she promptly emailed me back at 9pm?! I was not expecting an answer but she was all over it! Impressive! I was greeted by Jason when we arrived, who promptly found Roree. While she was with someone else she left me in the very capable hands of Jason. She thanked me for coming in before getting back to her business. Without her nice emails I may never have made the trip. So Thank you Roree!!! Of course I knew exactly what I wanted.....but once I saw the Outback that was on the showroom floor what I really wanted was that one! Jason showed me what I thought I came in for and ultimately offed to pull the one off the showroom floor for me to test drive. He was so patient and very informative. He explained every button, knob and tech gadget it had. He was so pleasant to do business with. This is how buying a car should be. An absolute exceptional experience! I love my Outback! I was so impressed that I wrote this review. I have never written a review for anything, yeah it was that good. Thank you Team Wisonville Subaru! S

Worked w/ Neil who was very nice. But during the process of potentially leasing a WRX I was pressured heavily to purchase extended warranty, he really bashed the Subaru factory warranty saying it covers almost nothing. Also tried upselling me a different car, which is fine, but again it was heavily pressured and strange. Neil was very nice and had pleasant demeanor. But by this time I was so turned off by the heavy pressure on upsale and also extended warranty I left the dealership. I said Id still lease the car if the lowered the price somewhat - was told "the no bull price is the absolute lowest well go". Well 8 days later I got a text saying "ok we lowered the price" lol! I literally replied LOL then unsubscribed from Wilsonville marketing because Id already purchased a used WRX from somewhere else. The next day after unsubscribing Ive been getting spammed by text phone calls and email from random car dealerships across the country. I dont think thats coincidence. If I were you Id avoid this place. I bought my wifes Crosstrek from Oregon City Subaru and they were amazing. Id def go there and theyre likely to match these guys "nobull price" which obviously is bull because they can go lower lol.

Who knew that the car buying experience could be enjoyable? Apparently Subaru Wilsonville does because they are doing everything right! I stopped in to look at a couple vehicles found online and they took me right to them without hesitation or trying to get me to buy something else. I loved this level of respect. I found a nice used car (WRX) in near perfect condition and had an easy, seriously no bull conversation about it, other options and financing. Not only that, but I discovered that they had put in the work to make sure it was in great condition before selling it. My mechanic was even impressed when I brought it in for a look over (because who trusts car dealerships???). Wilsonville has certainly earned my trust and my repeat business. Extra props to the most real and down to earth salesperson Ive ever met, Justin Hernandez. This has made me rethink how the car buying experience could be, especially now that I know it is absolutely possible to not only work with ethical, honest people when buying from a dealership, but also get a car that I can depend on at a fair price. Two thumbs up!

My wife and I went in to Wilsonville Subaru after looking on line and getting the impression that this store had the very best selection and excellent prices. We were greeted at the door - it was opened for us and every other person coming in - and began a very pleasant, low key, pressure free experience buying a Forester. Dan McKinney, entitled a "Guest Advocate," took us through the process, showing us the inventory, explaining the differences between models, letting us test drive the vehicle we were most interested in, and then spending lots of time getting to know us and recommending options based upon our anticipated usage. There was no price haggling, no pressure to buy extras, and we were delighted to find the sticker price had been reduced by $900 the morning we came in. We were treated with great courtesy and unhesitatingly recommend Wilson Subaru and Dan for anyone in the market for these exceptionally well made cars. Be prepared for a very different and really pleasant car buying experience! Moreover, our Forester feels like and rides like a vehicle valued at twice its price! We love it!

Fair and substantial discount taken off the top. Alan, Shawna, Seth (parts) worked tremendously hard to order and create the car I wanted. Best part was all the mods they can offer in house without voiding warranty. Picked up my new Crosstrek with: 1.5" lift kit, Sparco wheels and baja tires, tint, trailer hitch and Thule basket. The customization out of the gate, driving away with something that feels unique and yours was a crazy and awesome feeling. Self-disclosure... I am a middle aged nurse that all the dealers in town were super satisfied with getting me into a safe, reliable and solid car. The youngish and no pressure crew at Wilsonville Subaru want you to have a unique adventure with your new car purchase, and are intent on including you in on the fun. FYI, bring the fam, kid friendly areas make looking and buying painless with young kids in tow. THANK YOU - WILL BE BACK!
