Saw a car on the carfax car finder website that caught my interest and conatcted dealership to obtain more information. Spoke with Joe and he was very helpful about providing information and was not pushy but patiently answered my questions. Went to dealership the next day and checked out car. I liked the fact he answered my questions but allowed me time alone to check out car, never pushy or asked how I was going to pay for car. Decided this was not the car I wanted but he asked if I wanted he had another, the same model, that I could look at. He started the car up gave me some information, allowed me time alone to check car. It was refreshing not to have a salesman breathing down my neck. I spent about 40 minutes checking the car out and decided that I was interested. Went into Joes office we talked numbers and agreed on a price that was fair as I had done my homework on pricing. Whole experience was professional and how a cra buying experience should be. Thanks Joe and the entire Elite Motors team, you all were great.

I recently just bought a car on October 31st it was a 2006 Mercedes e350 I only had the car for an hour then the check engine light came on I brought it back to the dealer they took the check engine light off and it came right back on Ive only had the car for less than 4 months and my transmission went out when I call the dealer and let them know they said that they were sorry and that they cannot do anything about it and that I have to pretty much fix everything so just to let you guys know be careful for this dealer they are not honest the cars are not good and I dont want anyone else to be in the situation that I am in the car was not cheap either I paid them $10,000 cash and the repairs cost another $5,000

So....I love the car that I got from them, but I hate the service. There were a few things wrong with the car before I bought it, bad battery, bad tires ect. Elite was not willing to put any money in the car even if it meant selling a safe car. They agreed to put a "new" battery in the car, but it barely lasted 6 months. When I confronted the company about the battery they said that some batteries only last 6 months. (In California? really?) The prices may seem good, but expect putting some extra money into the car after you buy it!

I had been looking for a car for my daughter and had some issues with dealerships being nervous about my daughter test driving the car. At Elite Motors we met with Giovanni and had the most perfect experience. Courteous, efficient and friendly with no pressure. We drove the car, loved it and bought it right there within about an hour, settling on a price within 5 min. A small issue with the battery was corrected immediately without fuss. That is how it should be done. Congratulations, Elite Motors and Giovanni.

Lemon dealer!!! Buyer beware!! Sold me an 07 TRAILBLAZER SS that didnt last more then two weeks before the motor wanted to blow up. Found something in the oil to cover it up. Called Joe about it and he wanted me to tow it on my own dime from the east bay so his guys could look at it. Told me I bought it as is, to bad. Worst part is he knew my girlfriend was pregnant and that this car was for my baby. NO INTEGRITY OR MORALS. Now Im stuck buying a brand new motor for my $20,000 vehicle I just bought.

I dont quite understand these cars are over priced having over 50,000 miles on almost all the cars advertised at Elites is in sane. Therefore, spending over $1500 to down a low mileage car from a big dealer is better chance of getting a safer long lasting car. Its too much for cars thats over so much mileage, how long will that last for me before it breaks down on me, spending more money to fix etc...Good luck to everyone buying these over priced higher mileage cars.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL ROB YOU!!! My wife and I were looking to buy a 2nd car and we were harassed buy the slob of a salesman who was checking out my wife the whole time!! I asked to speak to someone else and another slob Joe came and he was just as stupid as the first guy. The 1st guy gave us one price and the 2nd slob gave us another on the SAME car. As we were leaving he made a nasty remark under his breath. HORRIBLE SLOBS!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If I could give 0 I would love to! Nash confirmed that he has this 2014 Toyota Camry hybrid we were inquiring about in the location. We repeatedly told him we were driving from San Jose, but on arriving he said the car is not there. So unprofessional! We looked around all cars while he was still searching for THE car, we saw most cars with dents and parked so close to the fences that they had scratches. Steer clear of this place!

I first bought a car from this dealer in 2010. It was an Infiniti G35 and it drove like a new car for half the price of a new one. Since then I have only shopped for cars there. They always have cars that are in like new conditions and recent models so I get to enjoy the luxury without the huge premium of a brand new car. I highly recommend this place for quality of cars and decent pricing and professional service.

Joe and everybody else from elite motors was a great big help to my family in getting our first car. we had no kind of problems what so ever with choosing a car we desired. every question i had for Joe was answered with ease and after all the worked did for us in getting us the best deal he can give us was just wonderful....thanks again Joe!!!

I have never been to place that sells used cars that compares to Elite Motors in Daly City. This place is a high measure of professionalism, service, and quality. I bought my car from Elite Motors, I always come back for service, and sometimes just to enjoy they jewels.
