Earlier this week I was cut off by a drunk driver on 405 near Renton which ended up in me swerving, over correcting, and totaling my car. I had a rental car through my insurance and it happened to be Enterprise. When I originally picked up my rental, Stephanie at the Mill Creek office had referred me to their Car Sales division in Shoreline. From the time I placed the call to make an inquiry, to the time I walked out the door the service I received was more then impeccable. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda and Ash at the Shoreline location. I really appreciated how she made me feel welcome in their establishment and started off by asking me the most important features I would want in my new car. Based off of those features whether it be gas mileage, size of engine, color, interior options or whatever she made sure she geared me to the perfect car. Within three different options I finally found my amazing 2012 Ford Focus! The financing process was extremely smooth especially for myself being a first time buyer. I would like to extend a heart felt THANK YOU to the Shoreline location and all the staff that helped me! And if the Taylor family reads this, please please please reward Amanda and Ash for their amazing service they provided!

I love Enterprise! a rental agent at the Bellingham Airport contacted the sales agent Amanda Banner for us and called us and sent us a link to their website to look at the cars for purchase. We found one that we liked and I contacted her and it happened to be at the place she worked at in shoreline. We made an appointment to come down and test drive after we got a pre-authorization from our credit union. They are in the direct loan program so all we had to do is fill out the financing form and they contacted our credit union for us. We have a new to us certified pre-owned car with a warranty and everything!!!! thank you so much I will definitely use these guys again if ever we need another car

I went in for information about buying a car and everyone was VERY helpful and polite, from the get go. I did call other rental companies to gauge information and Enterprise was by far, the most helpful and respectful. From Ash to everyone at the sale place - they were all great. Had a great experience here. Desiree knew exactly what I was looking for, she remembered who I was. Great peoples person and everyone here is very friendly and can tell they have a great team! Very professional with no pressure at all and you are in and out with your car. This is by far the best place to buy a used car. Cars are all in excellent shape, come with warranty and by far the most fair price around. No haggle price means no pressure. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone searching for used car. And may I add, although these vehicles are used they are all in like new condition. Dont waste your valuable time anywhere else. You will drive away more than happy with your new vehicle

Awesome A+, friendly, professional, no pressure staff. Was able to get a car right away, I walked in without a reservation, was not a problem. Tim was great, showed me how to use the main features, like lights and windshield wipers, took him 30 sec.: it would have taken me 30-60 min. thumbing through the car manual to figure it all out. Had no pressure to upgrade or add-on features

The lady that sold me the car was nice and all but less than 2k miles later the 2015 Nissan Versa started falling apart. These are points on their "inspection" that they provide as being a pre-owned certified vehicle. All in all it feels like they are just another dealership looking to off load vehicles. Very dissapointed in their profession, they should feel the same way as well.

Went here to get a new car for our ailing honda. Made an appointment over the phone and the salesman was nice, friendly, and didnt feel pushy at all. With test drives I was out of there in four hours with my new 2013 murano. I would completely recommend them for anyone looking for a newer automobile and dont mind the stigma of a rental car.
