We had a very poor experience while purchasing our 2015 Chevy Equinox. The entire process was a series of little or no communication and under delivering on almost all of the promised deadlines. Our first appt was with Jay on Dec 11th. We had already decided on the Make and Model of the car prior to our appointment. We had also met with Cameron to discuss how they would locate the car within their fleet which would take 24-48 hours. They had asked that we put down $500 earnest money to get the process started. 48 hours had passed so we called Enterprise. Jay called us back on Thursday the 17th letting us know that they had located a car and it will be going through the Certified Used Car inspection and he would call us back when the car is ready. We had not heard back from anyone for almost 2 weeks. We called Enterprise and asked for the Branch Manager. Austin called us back to let us know that the car would be on location on the 31st. We told Austin that we would be coming to the dealership Saturday morning to buy the car. When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday, we were told by Cameron, the Assistatnt Branch Manager, that the car was not on location because they felt the car needed additional detailing and they forgot to call us. The detailing took about an hour. They also decided to take the car to get it DEQd, After waiting an additional hour, we were informed that they were not able to get the car DEQd because the station was closed for the day. Cameron had offered to let us take the car and they would be able to pick up our car from any location and get the car DEQd the following Tuesday. Tuesday had come and gone and once again we called asking for either Cameron or Austin. Austin was able to arrange for someone to come by our house the next day to pick up the car. We had also inquired about the 2nd key that Cameron had promised us. It has been over a week and are still waiting to hear back from Austin regarding our 2nd key. The only positive about this experience was that we got the car we wanted at a good price. I would not recommend Enterprise Car Sales to purchase a car.

What a great place to shop, buy and deal with the sales staff. My (our) story. My credit union informed me of a special deal they have with Enterprise. I went on line to see SUVs. My wifes 1998 Eddie Bauer Explorer is in great shape and low miles but, we felt time to get a newer vehicle. They had about 10 different models of SUVs. So, I went to the sales lot without my wife to look. I met James a salesman. We spoke about what I wanted to see and learn about in their SUVs and made a appointment to bring my wife in to let her see if and what she might want. They actually took the 1998 in as trade and we got about what we would have selling it on our own. James listened to what my wife said she wanted in a SUV. He had nice humor and as my wife said a great smile. No pressure to buy anything and really we where just looking but, would buy if the right vehicle was found. We spend several hours looking into windows or sitting in some vehicles as James would tell us of the vehicle features. James was saying , any or all of them we could test drive. In the end we drove 2 models and my wife really liked one of them enough to buy. We could have purchased a much more costly vehicle and James never once tried to sell us anything but, what my wife wanted vs what it cost. The vehicle so far is great, we have had it for 1 week and drove it around 400 miles just to enjoy it. Thanks James for your time and expertize.

I wanted to take a moment to write and let you know how one of your employees customer service skills were the best I have EVER (in my 44 years of life) experienced. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time, and we have never been more satisfied. Morgan McCarley made our car buying experience exemplary. We had a couple of hiccups during the process, one of which included the vehicle we purchased, having a pretty substantial leak that no one knew about. Morgan addressed it and it was taken care of immediately. She worked tirelessly to address every issue that came up, and every concern that we had. She was in constant communication with me during the entire process. She is an asset to your company, and should be recognized as such. I will recommend to every person I know and come in contact with, your company as “THE BEST” company for a car buying experience, and more so, for Morgan as the “go to” gal for being the reason our experience was such a great one. It truly was the best experience my husband and I have ever had for buying a new car. Thank you so much for employing such a fantastic professional.

I had an awful experience at this location. When contacted by this sales lot in regards to purchasing a used car, I made it very clear the type of vehicle I was looking for, what my budget was and that I would be paying cash. While communicating with the dealer I reiterated that there were not any cars on the webpage that were in my budget and I did not want to make the drive out to Milwaukee if they were not going to be able to help me. When I got to the organization the dealer had only one car that was close to what I was willing to spend and it was not even close to the type of car I was looking for. Then the dealer proceeded to talk to me about how they could get me into a car that would fit my needs but I would need to finance. I have no idea what games this dealer is playing but shame on you for drawing me in on false information.

Everyone I met here was very professional and helped to make my experience perfect. I had called ahead to asked about available cars and prices.The sales person was patient and spent the needed time to answer all questions. I live in Seaside and it took a few days to find time to get to over to Milwaukie. The sales person called twice to ask if I was still interested but NEVER was there any pressure. When I came in the sales person took me directly to the car that she felt best met my needs and she was spot on! I test drove the car, filled out the loan docs and signed within a short time. In less than 2 hours I was on my way back to Seaside with the car I wanted, at a good price, and never any pressure. This is the second car that Ive purchased through Enterprise and cant say enough good things about the whole experience.

Hi, my name is Carol and on a Saturday in June I went into the Enterprise Car Sales lot. I heard about Enterprise Car Sales from a client of mine in his eighties. He said you can trust these people to take care of your car needs. So, after my car started to need more and more work and lots of money and I needed a dependable vehicle for my job, I went to Enterprise where I was greeted by Jason. He interviewed me as to my car needs. They brought out a 2012 Toyota Scion and it was just what I needed. No stress, they analyzed what I needed and professionally brought out the perfect vehicle for me. Then the sales contract deal was performed by Cameron.
