From a fellow review reader and recent buyer. First, let me say I was very nervous to come look at a car at this place because of the mixed reviews I was reading online. Its 2016, every smart shopper should take the time to read customer reviews when it comes to making a significant purchase. I was not going into this dealer with a confident standing on how they would treat me. I did a lot of research and I even looked at other dealerships to get my feet wet before going to this one. I went anyway because I fell in love with the vehicle they were advertising and I could not bring myself to pass up a test drive. When I got to the dealership I was automatically relieved to have walked in without being herded inside by some over excited salesman. I had called earlier to check the availability and they had the vehicle ready for me when I got there. Now, here is the crazy part, the salesman hands me the keys and tells me to go take it for a spin! It was difficult for me to hide my shock. I insisted he make a copy of my drivers license and he said no go ahead and proceeded to tell me how to get to the freeway to test it. This upfront mutual trust is probably what had me hooked from the start. For once in my car shopping experience, I got to test drive it without the pressure of someone yapping away at me and I got to check out everything about the car I wanted to on my own time. I brought the car back and once again I was shocked that I had to ask to buy the car, not the other way around! I ended up trading my 2007 Pontiac solstice with under 60k in mileage for a 2008 Chevy trailblazer (with quite a few aftermarket perks) with 100,000 miles and I financed the difference. They worked with me to get me the best deal and to fit my financial situation to a tee. I realize dealerships have to make money too, but they really put themselves in your situation as well. As long as you are professional there shouldnt be a problem with any of these 1-star reviews that almost scared me out of my dream SUV. Never once did I feel tricked, cheated by the car salesman get-up. I couldnt be happier with my trade and my experience. The car was immaculately detailed. Oh and all of the vehicles are garaged. I loved that my new trade didnt have a single water spot or speck of dirt on it from being out in the Portland weather when I drove it off the lot. Their advertisements are very transparent, you wont get blindsided with these guys! Very professional! Thank you M&M- Mazen is the man. But the other staff I know was just as awesome. -22 year old woman

My boyfriend had found a truck over the internet that he really liked, so he called the dealership & talked to Eric & Mazen about buying the vehicle. He got prequalified over the phone & the set price including taxes & fees were $24,995. The next weekend we flew from California to Oregon to go pick the vehicle up. We arrived at the airport & were picked up from the airport from someone that drove insane to the dealership. As we arrived Eric seemed very nice & happy to help us. Eric pulled the truck out for us to test drive. As we were on the test drive the truck ran out of diesel. (No one had mentioned the float in the fuel tank did not work.) So we sat there stranded on the side of the road waiting for someone to come help us in a state we were not familiar with. My boyfriend called Eric & was told that he was sending someone with diesel. After we put the fuel in the vehicle the truck wouldnt start, & my boyfriend told them what they needed to do to get the truck running & Eric told my boyfriend that he would send someone with tools so my boyfriend could crack the injectors to get the truck running. My boyfriend refused to touch the vehicle due to the fact it is a liability issue. The same man that picked us up from the airport came and picked us up from the side of the road & brought us back to the dealership. Eric told us to take a vehicle & go to lunch on him. After lunch we came back & Eric showed us two different vehicles. One had wires hanging down from under the dash & the other had no catalytic converter which he knew is needed to California. After that my boyfriend & i went & got the truck started because they had no idea what they were doing. They filled the truck with diesel. We went back & talked about numbers & they only would knock off $500. Than when we sat down & they told us the final price was $26,400. LITTLE BIT OF A DIFFERENCE. They let us drive off with no temp registration & that lunch he said he was going to pay for was never paid. Needless to say, i have filed a few complaints & been in contact with the Better Business Bureau. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Sketchy people. Sketchy business. This wont be my last complaint as well.

As an experienced car buyer, I have to say these guys are a genuine step above. Its been two months since I purchased from M&M a minty 2001 Toyota 4Runner (just giving a little time cushion and a few thousand miles on the odometer before writing a review) and it has been flawless. Minty, I say, because these guys go over-the-top reconditioning their vehicles (I looked at quite a few before settling on the 01). Engine bay, interior fabrics/leather and trim, wheels, paint, underneath - everything is made to look as close to new as possible. I was skeptical at first because more than a few dealers use detailing tricks like painting everything under the car black to conceal rust, or spraying Armor-All on a cleaned engine to make everything appear shiny and new until a few hundred miles off the lot oil is everywhere from a leaking head gasket. M&M, in my experience, isnt hiding stuff - theyre actually putting real time and money into a top-notch reconditioning of everything they sell. Hence a few of their vehicles that are in high demand here in the PNW - specifically 4Runners and Tacomas - are priced somewhat higher than the national average, but - and its a rather large but - you do receive something substantial in return for that slight premium. I didnt fully appreciate the value in that at first, and left without buying anything. Three weeks later after looking at several other privately-listed and cheaper 4Runners that werent nearly as nice or as-represented by the owners I returned and became a customer. I found M&M to be reasonable, fair, certainly a no-pressure environment, and a pleasure with which to deal. I would buy from them again. Meanwhile my 15-year-old, 180,000 mile 4Runner still looks shiny and new. Thanks, guys. Well done.

I just bought an Audi from M and M Investment Cars yesterday. I had spent the day at several local dealerships and, due to logistics, M and M was my last stop. I have to admit I was quite frustrated by the time I arrived; primarily due to spending the day feeling bulldozed by other local dealership employees, who were dismissive, overbearing and, at times, blatantly disrespectful. Most often their selection of "luxury" autos looked tired and shabby, with very high miles and very low everything else except the sticker price. My experience with M and M was completely the opposite. The inventory at M and M Investment is extensive and it was clear they only deal in luxury cars that have been very well maintained. I was treated with dignity and respect from the minute I got out of my car. Mr. Mazzen Hassen presented with a thoughtful and low key approach. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a luxury auto and had some very specific needs. Mr. Hassen showed me two vehicles that fit my criteria. He was able to give clear and concise information with regard to performance and dependability and asked several clarifying questions to ensure I was being presented with cars that fit my specific needs. I never once felt pressured, but did feel heard and respected. As a result I purchased a car that suits my needs perfectly. This entire process took approximately 45 minutes and I left knowing I had made the right decision. Mazzen Hassen, and his staff are head and shoulders above their peers and I cant thank them enough for ensuring my experience was positive and successful!
