We called ahead of time to let them know that we may be there not too far off from closing time. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and told us that we are welcome to come anyways and theyd stay as long as they needed to. We drove the hour and 15 minutes it took to get there to be greeted by our assigned sales person who was still new and I seemed to know a bit more about the car we were looking at than he did. Other than that he was very helpful, polite and was able to talk to us about our needs. Everything went find until we started talking to the financial department. We were told that Kelly Blue Book was not a credible source for used car prices (even though they are the standard) and they wouldnt give us even the value that KBB gave us (and them, when they printed it out) for the car in pristine condition, but about 500 dollars above that price. That may seem fine, but the car had chips in the paint, stains on the seats and other small dings and scratches around the car. They first said they couldnt take care of those issues there, but after negotiating, it was suddenly on the table. I was looking forward to a no pressure, no "youre really twisting my arm here" environment - which is what the salesman said their philosophy was, but we came to find that wasnt true. We will go back to our previous dealership when the car were looking for comes around where we were taken care of, Kelly Blue Book prices are considered and there isnt constant BS of "we cant do that", even though it turns out they can. In the end, they told us we couldnt make deal - I thanked our salesman for his time. As soon as I fired up my car, and we were leaving, he ran out and told us they "magically" lowered the price again. If youre looking at a new car, and want to avoid games, pass on this dealership. If youre in for a new car, the experience may be different. Its a nice facility with nice people, just be vary of their financial department.

West Hills Kia is the BEST place to get a car (new or used)! We bought two cars from them already: a used Subaru in December, and a 2012 Kia Optima in May. Jessica and Bob are great! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After a bad experience at another dealership, I was unsure what to expect. When we first pulled up to West Hills Kia in December, we werent rushed as with other nearby dealerships. They didnt pressure us, and waited until we approached them. Very fair and reasonable. They do the best they can to get you the car *you* want (unlike other dealerships who try to convince you to buy the car *they* need to sell). I was given a very generous trade-in amount for my car. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We were treated so well, that we returned in May to trade in my wifes car for a 2012 Kia Optima. Although we didnt think it could be done, Bob and Jessica worked us an amazing deal, and we couldnt be more happy! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Out of all the car dealerships Ive ever been to, West Hills Kia is seriously the best. We wont buy anywhere else! Go see Jessica Redenbaugh and Bob Villa at West Hills Kia!

West Hill KIA is a refreshing breeze from our visits to old school dealerships like the defunct Hoover KIA. At West Hill KIA, my wife and I experienced mostly fun without sales pressure. All their staffs whom we encountered are commendable for professionalism and courtesy. Three were truly outstanding and demonstrated expertise in areas of their specialization: Bob Villa (Finance Manager); Christopher Rembaugh (Sales Manager); and Julie Zimburean (Sales Associate). We were encouraged to freely interact one-on-one or simultaneously with any combination or permutation of the on duty staffs instead of being isolated in a traditional cubicle while an associate (like the matchmaker in the “Fiddler on the Roof.”) would shuffle between the managers and customers. For example: Julie provided us detailed demo’s and test drives of their vehicles over several days, and maintained professionalism and courtesy even while we took intermissions on two separate occasions to Parr Hyundai for comparisons between the Optima and the Sonata. She also sustained her outstanding performance with follow up phone calls to ensure that we do no encounter any unforeseen obstacle to the enjoyment of our purchase. Likewise, Christ always directly greeted and allowed us to his desk. Last and not least, Bob provided data and objective guidance relating to all offered maintenance plans and finance options for us to derive our informed decisions. Naturally, we’re anxious to experience the West Hill KIA service center and return to write a follow-up review.

My husband and I had been looking for a new vehicle that had better gas mileage, and a better price. We have been customers of haselwood and west hills for a few years now. After looking at all the reviews online we wanted to find a Hyundai, which unfortunately west hills does not have. After two weeks of horrible experiences with other dealers, we decided to give haselwood a call. It was then that Mike gave us an option that we had not before considered.. Which was the Kia Forte. We went into the dealership and there Paula from haselwood and Julie from Kia helped us find what we were looking for. During the test drive, Julie answered all of our questions and was awesome in helping us decide what was the fit fit for us. She was with us through every step of the purchase process and even went out of her way to treat my girls like they were family. Bob was another awesome interaction and he made sure we got everything we needed to make the purchase of our new Forte even better than we had originally thought. Everyone at West Hills Kia was friendly and courteous and I will definitely send my friends and family their way when looking for a great price, awesome vehicles and wonderful non pushy customer service technicians!!!! If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!!

My wife and I shopped around for over a week and visited five dealerships from different auto makers. West Hills Kia was hands down, above and beyond the most professional, efficient and welcoming experience weve ever had. I do not like wasting my time, so when offered an internet sales contact, I take advantage. Heather was responsive, knowledgeable and commited to answer our questions. We were pleased to see her word held merit once we walked into the dealership. At other places, the internet sales rep acted similar to a receptionist providing little more than the street address and pleading for us to schedule a visit. West Hills Kia was prepared for our visit and in short time, we were out on a test drive with Justin. In just 10 minutes, Justin shared his expertise highlighting the cars features while we enjoyed the feeling of the new ride. Neither my wife nor I had any Kia experience before this visit but we walked away convinced their product is of superior value and quality and backed by a confident and capable sales and service team. We love our new Soul and would highly recommend West Hills Kia, especially to those tired of the same old schtick sterotypical of a car dealership.

I took my Kia Soul for a routine oil change. It was the most pleasant service exprience I have had in some time. I teach customer service for a living so I can be somewhat sensitive when it comes to service. Everyone I came in contact with made eye contact and spoke when I walked into the service department. Mark was the person who assisted me in checking my car in. He told me exactly what I could expect, made transportation arrangements for me to get to work and called me at work as he had promised. When picking up my car, the service was complete, the car was clean and the paperwork was ready. Every employee that I observed seemed happy to be employed there, efficient and friendly. The personal touch...I had mentioned that I was on my way to Seattle....when I left the serviceman said "Be careful driving to Seattle in this rain." Again, very friendly. I will absolutely take my car back there. If this level of service is any indication of how an experience might be in purchasing a vehicle, I will definately be purchasing my next Kia at West Hill Kia.
