Worst, least knowledgable customer service. I asked an associate for an item, and she couldnt find it and had no idea what I was talking about. She tried to look it up online and had to get help. The assoicate who tried took over barely communicated with me, and the finally told me that the store didnt carry the item. A family member had been in 2 days prior and seen it. I walked away and called my family member who I was buying it for, and they encouraged me to find it myself on the shelf, which I did. I would have walked out without the item if Id listened to the employees. Another assoicate overhead me and said he knew why the others hadnt been able to find it, but he wasnt apologetic, no one was.

Ive worked in customer service all my life and it doesnt matter how busy you are, you never hang up on a customer trying to get a question answered. We had to call this store 3 different times and it seemed like the same woman answered each time. She seemed flustered and was very short with us and kept hanging up before we could finish our question... It makes for a very unwelcoming impression of the business and its employees. :(

Toys paradise at reasonable prices. Very easy to navigate. Inadequate staff to assist customers plus they dont seem too enthusiastic to be working in a toy store. Thats one of the things I look for in people working with toys. They need to know and understand most toys and trends and be able to make recommendations.

This is one easy and wonderful store to do shopping. Its near to Bellevue downtown. The prices are expensive here when compared to Amazon or other online e-commerce peers. Its very ideal to shop for toys in person as you know what your DD/SN likes more..

Theres not enough staff in this location which means if you have any questions youll be waiting a while. It took ages to check out because only one checkout was open on the Babies R Us side and nothing on the Toys R Us side. Selection is okay.

Good place for quick and easy picking of toys. You can also order online and pick it up later from the store. I like this option as I dont have to search for a perfect gift in the store, instead apply filters and find easily online.

Went there for an event and usually the staff is incredibly helpful in regards to the events that hold but today I arrived towards the end of the event and it was already boxed up and put away so I was unable to participate.

Dirty store, slow and poor service. Waited 35 min for the manager to come up for a return. Wont be surprised when we see these stores disappear like other big box retail. Stick to online and save a trip.

Its not enough staff here! At least during morning hours. I had some questions about strollers, but I didnt find anybody to help me. Tired cashier was alone despite of a long queue...

Perhaps its because they hired new people at this location but they workers here are quite rude and clueless. There are a few good people who work here but very few and far between.

Store has not aged well, not a very large selection. This is an example of brick and mortar stores falling under the weight of online shopping

Very few natural brands selection, lacks knowledgeable staff, and its not the cleanest store. Plentiful parking, though.
