If you can, buy your toys from Amazon or Target and avoid this place to the best of your ability. Toys r us Santa Rosa sets example of running a business with employees who are unintelligent, uneducated, unpolished, and disrespectful. The employees are hard to find on the floor and are not helpful. The executives, who mostly stay in their elevated watch tower by the exit door, are absolutely rude and disrespectful. I stopped going to that crap hole long time ago. Tonight I went there only because I was shopping next door and I had children with me. After picking up 5 toys, I went to the register by the electronic game section and no one was at the register although the light was on. I noticed the cashier was wondering around and the customer service register was open. So I started to roll towards the customer service register by the entry door. As I was proceeding in that direction, the little cashier shouts at me and tells me that I have to pay for the items as if I was leaving the store without paying. I earn sufficient amount not to have to ever consider anything dishonest. I know the little snot does not understand any of that because of his upbringing. However, this falls on the management and I don’t mean the upper management sitting in the watch tower (C Suite).

This is the worst Toys R Us Ive ever been in. When I visited, the store was totally disheveled. Racks were empty, toys were all over the floor and prices werent marked. I asked someone who worked there where the infant clothes were and they told me you just have to look through all the racks and all the sizes to see if you can find anything. All the clothes and all the sizes were mixed together.

Just like anywhere, you need to shop around. Some good deals and items to be found here you wont get anywhere else. Also, be sure to get theIr newspaper and online discounts in order to make the most of your dollars. The store is well kept with things on the shelves where theyre supposed to be. Getting help here sometimes can be a mixed experience but I would say mostly good.

Someone offered me drugs in the baby section. I think it was a homeless man. Good selection but all the toys seemed to have a demonic stature about them. Im pretty sure I am now possessed by some sort of demon toy duck deity. Most likely will not shop here again.

Variety of toys offered, usually a reasonable price......not happy about a discontinued bike we paid $10 extra for....it was damaged.....I thought wed get a discount and they charged extra......dad bought it I wouldnt have!!

Im always disappointed by the service at this toys r us....no one at the registers, not willing to accommodate when they are lacking a product....no helpers on the floor....I love toys r us, just not the one in Santa Rosa.

This store has absolutely no customer service! The "supervisor "Courtney very heavy set woman was so rude I put down my wii and walk out. I went to walmart and then made my 300.00 dollar purchase.

Brought back a gift my son didnt want and they said the money would be put back on my card and a week later no money was credited back and I am now having to take further action.

A lot of toys that are scattered everywhere. The store seems just bare and not very well maintained. The atmosphere could be much more happier for a toy store...

Employees can be hard to find sometimes, but are helpful. Great selection of toys and games, this store brings back memories every time I go in there.
