I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here for both the Babies R us and Toys R Us in the Tacoma. I have had nothing but great experinces BOTH times I have gone. First time I had to return a carseat that my mother had bought me, I had no receipt only the box and packaging, I was worried that I wouldnt get my money back to get one that fit her correctly. Luckily I didnt have ANY issues, they were fast, convenient, and quick. Got store credit that I bought my daughters new seat with. The second time was just recently I had done a "in store pick up" for my Online Orders, (from my Carseat Merchandise Credit) two of my three items were in stock the other one was not in stock at the Toys R Us but the Babies R Us, they actually had someone bring my third Item OVER to the Toys R Us so I could do a easy pick up and only have to stop once instead of two trips. I dont think I have ever had better costumer service at any store! Will go back over and over again! Wonderful service!!!

On Sunday my husband and I were Christmas shopping when we couldnt find a price on a Baby Einstein Activity Jumper. We asked the near by sales associate and he came over with no sense of urgency and he acted like he didnt want to be there, he told us the incorrect price of the jumper saying it was $199.99 we repeated the price to him thinking that was a bit high and he said yes and walked away. We left and went to baby r us where we saw the same exact jumper for $109 this sales associate told us the incorrect price which made you loose a sale. You need more associates that act like they care they are there to do a job. Frustrating!!

I purchased a boys bicycle (green 18" xtra wide wheel model) and had a problem to assemble it. When I brought it back to get help, the manager helped me so kindly and promptly. about 2 weeks later the bicycle showed a problem, I had to bring it back again. The cashier and manager helped me more than nice. I expected to leave it for a night to pick it up the next day (so I had to leave my work for an hour ), but they spent time to find pre-assembled the same model bicycle for me. They found one, and I was so happy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Been coming here since I was a kid. I hope it never goes, So much great stuff to look through. Needs more business though to get more staff. Always seems like theres maybe 3 people at most in there buying things. Not really the cheapest place to shop. But it still has that childhood wonderment.

Our favorite store ever! Nice people and watching my son grow up shopping here some of the best memories ever. I love their bday intercom announcements priceless!! Love, love, love. Puyallup is also fantastic!!

We found exactly what we needed at the Tacoma Mall store, with the help of Jessie. And three other staffers offered to help while we were in the store. It was a good shopping experience for a grandparent.
