Not my first choice when needing to go to ToysRus, but with it being only one in town sometimes have NO other choice. But usually end up wishing I would have just waited and gone up to the Tacoma store as soon as could. They dont have as much to choose from & they added the BabiesRus store to be included in this store yet without expanding so can be a bit overcrowded in some areas. The mgr has always been pleasant though, although not so much for the younger employees. But it is what it is I guess. Definitely not my 1st choice tho unfortunately.

Employees arent very helpful. I was 8 months pregnant. I came on a busy day and the cashier put the ticket in her till for the toddler mattress I bought before a runner could retrieve it from the back. Instead of contacting a manager to correct the problem she just ignored me and hoped I would go away.... I had to find a supervisor to ask if somebody was going to get my purchase from the storage in the back. Not the first time I had a hard time with competence there.....they must be partaking in Washingtons new legal recreational activities....

The young lady working in the back at the video game counter went out of her way to find the Skylander character my daughter wanted. It was only available as a set that was over our budget but she took it upon herself and found a lower price online (almost half off) and was able to give us that deal using the price matching guarantee. Ive rarely experienced such incredibly selfless customer service and will definitely be shopping there more because of her help.

Some basic items (and a Family/Gender Neutral restroom) seem to be missing, hence the "okay" rating. I would like to see the Curvy barbies here! The Lego and Lego accessory selection is good, though. Tonka volume is dwindling, while Monster High has lots of space.

Pull the wrong tag for my grandson Batman tricycle and still had a exchange of merchandise. The wrong ups was place in the wrong item. Customer service "Marta" & Richard, warehouse guy was awesome! Great experience!

I think its great that theyll assemble the bicycle for you after you buy it. I called ahead and asked them to make it so when I came to purchase it was ready to walk out the door with. Great service!

Theyve got a ton of popular toys and baby equipment. They dont usually have the things Im looking for, such as a particular brand of car seat, or some less common board games.

It is an awesome place to go buy your kids stuff for birthdays or any other holiday. It does not need to be a holiday! I would reccomend it to tons of people!

They do have good workers there but they also have a bunch of trash employees if you shop here look for the smiling ones thats who you want checking you out
