This store is very dirty, and has no selections when trying to complete a registry. Also, I am active duty military and I asked the guy when I was checking out if I could use the military discount (which they do have) and he yelled across the store to the manager and she rudely shook her head and said no, we dont do that here. Ive been waiting to finish my registry because I just got stationed here and have been very busy moving across country. Obviously the fact that they dont even use their own military discount was just an added irritation, the cleanliness of the store (or lack there of) was my first turn off. Another staff member suggested I go to the Fairfield location for a better selection of products. I read the reviews for that store and they are Terrible. It is also an hour and a half away. I am now thinking of giving up on the entire Babies"R"Us registry and going to Target. Very disappointed.

I was looking for musical stuffed animals for 6 month old twin boys. It was about 8:30 pm. Julie showed me all of the inventory in each section and finally helped me in selecting the Fisher-Price "Soothe and Glow Giraffe" and the BabiesRUs elephant. Both play music and both are adorable! Julie was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well as patient! Shes a prize employee!

The cash till clark scanned all our stuff some of it twice and failed to give us a third of what we paid for. you call customer service and they have no way to contact the store, and the phone is off the hook! Go figure. Anyway this company has lost $800 million over the past year and continues to decline. A category killer that is killing itself. Go elsewhere

Staff were super friendly and helpful. They had a pretty good selection of baby car seats and even let us take one out to our car to try it before we bought it. Prices are reasonable and what you would expect. Lots of good parking available.
