We went to this location to order a part for my fridge on the 1st-it came in today. The bag looked like it had been run over about 20Xs. You could barely read the writing and it had a few holes in it. They didnt bother to check it before they mailed it and a small piece was missing that probably had fallen out through one of the holes in the bag. I called the store to see if they had the missing part and before I could get it out, the person on the phone was shuffling me off to call the online order center. No apology, no empathy...nothing. I waited over a week and now have to spend $5 to buy the missing piece. WOW. Oh yeah...went to the store and was given a NUMBER to call for an adjustment since they didnt have the missing piece or we could wait 10 more days for another one.

Mini tiller would not start because of the pull start would not engage. I took it to Witchduck Rd, only to be told to take it to Hanks Mower Repair on Cleveland St, Va. Beach, Va. I left it there on June 21st. I called today, July 12th, to be told it had not been looked at and would probably be 10 days to 2 weeks before it was ready . They had to look at it and contact Sears and then wait for an approval before fixing it. The worst service I have ever had. No more Sears products for me. This service is why Sears has issues nationwide. They have lost touch with the buying public. I am going to Lowes from now on.

Called on Monday morning and scheduled a repairman to come look at my fridge and Set that appointment for Thursday. It is now Saturday and no one ever called or showed up to the appointment. Ended up contacting another company who came out the very next day and fixed the problem. Very disappointed.

Need a part? Great! Need a repair? No! They only have in home technicians or they ship it out to someone else to repair. What good is a repair shop without technicians.
