I started a bathroom remodel and fell short two boxes of tile, the folks at The Tile Shop helped me find a store that had the same tile about 3 hours away as the tile appeared to be back ordered everywhere! I paid for shipping and one of the boxes was off in color, since then Ive been blown off three times to get a new box. No one will return my phone calls they want me to repay for shipping and they wont refund my money. Its really pretty awful. Ill never use them again.

I am retiling my fireplace hearth and needed a small amount of tile (5 pieces). Heath was the sales associate that assisted me and he was extraordinarily helpful and professional. Heath answered all of my questions during my 2 trips to the store. He took the measurements I provided and planned out the best way to place them and then cut them to fit. The customer service he provided will ensure I shop at the Tile Shop for any future tiling needs.

A dishonest place to do business with. They will tell you anything to make a sale. You walk away very pleased with your shopping experience. A few hours later, they call you and tell you they cannot do what was agreed to and you paid for. Then, they will ask for extra money!
