I wish we had the ability to put "ZERO" stars. As a company and former loyal customer, we will now partner with Lowes - due to the unprofessional manner for how I/We were treated today. We purchased a Dewalt power washer 35 days ago, but did not uncrate the machine until this Monday, April 18th. Something had gone wrong on day #2 of its use. Instead of being helpful - Home Depot and its manager felt it was more conducive to play the blame game. They even had the nerve to state we were 5 whole days out of the return policy - seriously 5 days? I instructed my Maintenance Supervisor to leave the store and conduct our business at Lowes. Zero assistance from the Store Manager, who had an empty parking lot - now I/We know why! We were a loyal corporate partner of Home Depot and to be treated this way, well its inexcusable.

By far the worst experience I ever had. Purchased two door in November 2014, for what was suppose to be a "professional installation" before Christmas. It took over six months to have the door installed and no is taking responsibility for the improper installation, wrong size doors being order and then trying to force my patio door in a opening to small. Weve missed multiple days from work and I continue to have issues with both doors. Special Order manager Micheale Harrison wont return phone calls and havent been able to speak with a store manager. Take my advise dont deal with Home Depot and there so call "professional installers".

We called in to locate carburator parts for a Blue Max 8000 watt generator. My husband waited 10 minutes for assistance then was disconnected. Had to call back and start over! Would have been quicker to get in the car and drive the 15 miles to the store! Finally got hold of someone only to find out they carry no parts for a generator the company sells! Thanks for no help!

Great customer service! My wife and I receive great customer service as soon as we entered the door. Someone greeted us and offered to help us, then two more employees offered to help us as well. When they were not able to find the product we were looking for, they ask the front desk. Everyone was very polite and extremely helpful.

if you want to experience friendliness of the employees, please visit this location. You will never be left alone, someone would be there to check, if you need any assistance. Garden center has good collection. Overall store prices are also very economical. Yes, returns are very simple.

Terrible customer service.....have been waiting 30 minutes for someone in the lumber department who is supposedly coming to cut a 4x8 sheet of melamine for me.....its a shame that lowes doesnt carry it......

DO NOT USE Them for Counter install and options- its all contracted out and you have to deal with the headache of the contractor and service is bad from their supplier!
