They have what the other chain doesnt have. The down side is, most employees cant answer simple questions in the department that they are assigned to, the knowledgeable departments are electrical and windows and doors. Ive shopped every department over the years and when I ask a question I dont need the employee reading a tag that I have already read to help me get more information about the product. Then after they read the tag they tell me that "well thats all the tag says. I cant help you any further." The only reason for 4 stars it their selection in oddball items that the others dont have. For the most part, if you cant find it elsewhere, Home Depot has it.

What a dump! This store is old, dark and dingy looking. There is never anyone around to help. Buyer Beware! I am absolutely disappointed with their return policy. I purchased a washing machine from here and a service plan. The washing machine was so so. Wasnt really crazy about it. Called the store to inquire about an exchange and I was told there are no returns. Once you use it, youre stuck with it. Lowes gives you a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Dont like it? Bring it back within 30 days and pick out something else. Simple as that. Ugh, I will never give Home Depot my business again!

Inexperienced associates came to buy a door lock bring the sample the guy in the store gives me the wrong one came back returned it went tithe aisle theres no one in the store go look for someone ask them about the lock he tells hes not the guy that hes going to get him waited 15 mins no one came going to lowes dont know why I came to this store every time I come unless is for lightbulb or something simple it becomes an all day event

Very mean lady at register 4. Named Mercedes or something similar, didnt want to stare at her horribly handwritten name and be rude. Been there a few times, and after remodeling a 4000 square ft. home and purchasing over 20 thousand dollars in items from Lowes, I have concluded that Lowes has much better deals and exceptional customer service compared to the home depot. Wouldnt recommend to friends or family.

Worse Customer Service. This people insane. When you call main line its asking you which department to speak. I was trying to reach at pro-desk ppl keep picking up phone and transferring me who knows where. It took my 35 mins to talk to right person. I just dont know how they do business. I think manager should do something about this ASAP.....

If I could give it a zero I would. The customer service sucks and the employees do as well. They can never answer a question you ask them. Most of them are worried about stupid things such as standing around talking or on their phone. Will never come here again.

The man who helped me was very very nice. Once I get his name I will make sure I let his manager know. He helped me get everything in my car and helped me protect my car from being damaged from what I just purchased. THANK YOU

Service is always poor here too many customers not enough staff. while waiting for an associate sitting at desk alone, to call someone to pull a chest freezer down -to purchase.I called Lowes and found out they had what I needed.

What a dump dont shop here . Scrap wood . Junk tools . What a rip off . Home depot more like crap depot . I have nothing nice to say about any of there stores . I shop at Lowes ! Not stupid crap depot .

Another home depot with the same as the others. This store is laid out a little differently than the one Im used to; and not as big. The employees are helpful and they are around every corner.

I had to wait like 5 or 10 mintues before i found someone to do the copies for my keys but after i did the person was very kind and apolgized for me having to wait so long.

Good place to go to get your home supplies and hardware. Sometimes its very hard to find someone to help you, but when you do theyre very customer focused.
