Worst employment experience ever! The management does not value the associates(employees) or support them at all! A customer was very rude and disrespectful to me, and the manager on duty took his side. I was about to transfer to another Home Depot location in two days, but the manager on duty sabotaged my transfer at the last minute. I believe he did it on purpose and did not want me to transfer. They have a high turnover rate with employees, with no room for growth or advancement. The company values money rather than employees! This is not a good place to work if you have important goals that you want to achieve. Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience getting bathroom tiled. They use an outside agency USIG to do the install. First supplies were not ready for installer to pick up. He waited 2 and 1/2 hours and left without what he needed. I went back to store to pick supplies up myself and waited an additional 3 hours. When I got back to the house, the installer said he had to leave. Had to raise cane to get job done next day. ALL USIG installers had only worked for the company for a week to a week and a half. Home Depot store manager said he would call back on Monday to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Never heard from him.

Usually I dont go to this Home Depot but I was in the area and needed some cardboard boxes. A young man in a wheelchair greeted us at the door and asked if we needed help. I asked him where the boxes were. He said to follow him and he proceeded to take us straight to the back where the boxes were located. On the way he asked us how our day was going. Im really happy that this young man was right there as I entered the store to help or I would have been chasing down an employee to locate something I need, as I usually do at other Home Depot and Lowes stores. Management needs to give him a raise!

Terrible today.waited in line 10 min then went to self check out (15 people in line with returns 5 behind me ) on other end of store. I had 2 boys 4 and 7 yrs old and grand popop who had a stroke. Had run all over store to get help to cut wire..when we had gotten to check out in selfserve needed a person coz not coded right. Should have been a half hour trip took more than and a half hours. Best help was a man with cerebral paulsey in a wheel chair...he knew what he was doing but poor otherwise.

The customer service here is bad and so so unhelpful. Online ordering and picking up at the store took way longer than anticipated. It totally defeats the purpose of online ordering if I have to wait 15 minutes in line to get the item (in a practically empty store), then walk to the other end of the store to exit, only to have to wait in line again to show the checkout guy proof that I already bought the item. Doesnt make sense to me.

Your delivery service is the worst. I waited all day no phone call. We call you and you say the refrigerator was damaged and could not be delivered! My husband was on hold for 45 minutes and hung up. He then went directly to the store and demanded a manager. Guess what!!! Still no fridge or phone call!

I have had a girl by the name of Khayla at the check out several times. I have never met a nicer person at any retailer, anywhere. Friendly smile, thanks you for shopping, thanks me for my service as a veteran. We need more people like her working with customers.

This store is great, not too big but not too small. Everything you need from building materials to electronics, you can find in this store. Check out the new automobile section, you may find something you need.
