Helpful staff, great selection of stuff I just wish it was bigger and their prices were slightly more competitive. On the flip side though, I can get what I want in the same day rather than wait a week from Rockler so I guess its a give and take. They also have just about every Kreg, Festool and Incra tool known to man.
