I went there on a Monday evening- needed to return something and do an even exchange. The item I brought back did not come with brackets- which leads me to believe it was already used and exchanged. All I wanted was a store credit. The customer service member placed it back on my visa gift cards- which I threw out. I was told to call visa, and have them figure it out. Wait, arent you supposed to make this an enjoyable experience- instead I am being put to work, to resolve an issue your team created- FINALLY, the team member stepped in after seeing me struggle to find a customer service number. I went back to get a replacement product, and it needed to be sized/cut. We were back in the blinds waiting for assistance with cutting- it took us coming all the way back up to the service desk to get someone to assist us- THEN, the employee tells us he is new, and doesnt know the code to start the cutting- it took a total of him asking two other employees- over the course of 20 minutes- for our blinds finally to get cut. What a nightmare! I am sure Home Depot can afford to hire more people, and make sure they properly train. The customer service attendees were nice enough- just not skilled and completely made our return/exchange process stressful.

This store has poor customer service. I waited 15 minutes in the appliance department - not a soul around. I finally went to the service desk, only to be told that there was an associate covering appliances and cabinets. I saw one associate working with a customer in the cabinet department. Seriously, one associate working two busy departments - on a Saturday afternoon? With the high unemployment rate, Home Depot cant hire a separate associate for appliances? No problem, Ill go to Lowes where there is always an associate - or two - in the appliance department.

Very bad costumer service i was in the painting departm3nt trying to buy silicone when i ask for help to a guy named Paul he gave me his back and told m3 speak .. when i started asking the question he just ignore me and walk away what kind of costumer service is this ?... after i left frustrated i saw the guy again and and told him thanks for his help (sarcasm ) he looked at me ignore me again i just left but i hope this doesnt go unnotice and they call his atention at least

I had made a special order that had to be delivered to the store. I was notified on a Sunday that the truck came in with my item. I called the next day to confirm and they couldnt locate my item. Called the next day and same story. Finally the days later they were able to locate my item.

every time I go to this store someone asks me within 3 minutes if they can help me find something. Perhaps I have just go to the store when its not a saturday or sunday when the store is beyond packed. good customer service. Nice work.

EVERY time I am in the isles here I get approached by solar panel rep under guise that she is here to help find things I am looking for but then steering into solar panel needs. ENOUGH please! If I needed sales gimmicks I would ask.

Placed an order, found out it never went through, called several times and was told it was resolved by several managers and was never placed. Trooper Home Depot has disorganized management and support.

If you are a veteran dont shop hear The no longer honor the discount program for veterans that was in place for years Go mile down the road to Lowes where they honor veterans service

We purchased our Christmas tree at this location. The employees were pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The tree was in good shape and decently priced. Hard to ask for more than that. :)

It has all the usual items in this big box chain. I prefer their Behr paint brand over some others (so does Consumers Report). They have a garden center.

Better inventory but still pricey. Walmart has same or similar items cheaper. True Value a better store.
