To decide on a urge to build a deck off the front of my Buds porch,could have been one of the dumbest things I ever came up with, but throw everything in the mix and youll see I almost had no Choice.My pals disabled and has been nudging at some of his other pals to give a little assistance.Well,times being tight and such,plus the fact that hes already getting by on that fixxed S.S.D,there wasnt alot to throw in the kitty to motivate.So after weeks of hearing how important but unrealistic the Deck/Ramp project seemed to be,My Santa Hat Appeared as it sometimes does in these types of situations and I offered my time as the big bag of presents.Now to make a long story short cause you know we cant be here all day,84 Lumber and the fine bunch of assocites working there became Santas helpers.Just like the North Pole(I imagine),everything under one roof. Tools,screws,lumber,tapes,levels and hot chocolate.(Just kidding about the hot chocolate).Helpful service and competative pricing pulled me out of the fire I thought I would be thrown in and showed me that with the right tools and a decent plan,(dont forget that).It wasnt dumb at all.
