Ordered windows for my entire house (12) March 2016, Anderson, and they were installed by a great contractor, but Erie had to replace many faulty or damaged parts, it is now October and the bull continues with "well get right on it" either by Tracy or Randy, Mangers in Syracuse, NY. Still have not gotten parts. They want your money but GOOD LUCK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY STINK. You are better off going diect and hiring a contractor, your results for service will be quicker and complete. I have never had this lousy experience in 28 years owning a house. I would and will not recommend Erie to any one that asks me about windows or anything else.

Great service , contractor friendly and they are willing to go above and beyond there means to help you in any way they can . Also very flexible with ideas and making sure you have what you need to complete the job , been using them for 15 years and never walked out unhappy . Usually you will connect with one salesman and he will help you and get to know you . Wayne chapman is a great salesman as are the rest that have been there for years .

They act like used car salespeople. Quote high prices, then they change them once they get caught. They release personal information about their customers (including home addresses and phone numbers) without approval. They are unfriendly and I had a very bad experience.

I think the guy in the last review is a little slow. The sales people were friendly, and they had better prices on windows than any place I looked. Big selection.
