Went to CiCis. Boy has it gone downhill! Employees acted like they were having a party or something and were oblivious to the fact they had customers. Manager appeared to be hiring a friend. Very unprofessional experience overall!

Renovated recently. Went from twi floors to one which decreased # of store and its still small for the area. Only 2 malls in all of Virginia Beach which is surprising. Good sales and decent prices in most stores.

Like this shopping center, just not sure why there are so many open spaces. So far very few local business have had success here. Most have National chain ties. Too bad, its a great convenient location.

I like that the shopping center offers specialized stores like play it again sports and good will. It needs a high traffic store like a Marshalls or TJ Maxx.

Its our local mall.We take the kids to there favorite stores.Their food gallery is great.There is a nice variety of places to eat.
