Destiny USA is a very large mall that is intended to be a shopping experience, rather than a "trip to the mall." Recently, a new hotel was built to accommodate those looking for a shopping destination and perhaps desire a few days of shopping and fun. The mall features several Guest Services desks on each floor, as well as printed maps and digital interactive maps to facilitate travel in this large indoor experience. It can be easy to get lost, as the mall continues to grow in size. There is ample parking, including an indoor parking garage. Valet parking is available. Elevators and escalators help with accessibility. Most major brands are within the mall, with options for almost everyone. There is a food court with many food options, a large movie theater, full restaurants, and many attractions. On the higher floors, there is an indoor adventure park (i.e. rope climbing course), miniature glow golf, go kart racing, and full indoor amusement locations for children. There are bars and options for adults, as well. The mall rents strollers (a bit pricey) and there is no free play space. Family restrooms are available and typically clean. The carousel is a tradition for families, but isnt always in operation. I wouldnt describe this mall as a good option for those looking to be frugal. While many brands offer average prices, expenses can add up quickly at this mall for entertainment. Great place to go walking and window shop, though!

Absolutely excellent shopping every time I go! The parking is the one thing that can be difficult, you have to circle quite a bit, and most of the time I end up parking all the way in the back. However, it is absolutely worth it! The mall is newly renovated, very clean, and has a plethora of stores. You have everything from the major department stores, to all the newer Tech stores and clothing stores. The second half of the mall is all outlet shops, where you can get great prices. A wonderful place to go for back to school shopping, or just for your fall and spring wardrobes. They carry the latest fashions, at great prices! I also love that it is an Adventure Center, with indoor mini golf, Adventure Rooms, and a variety of other activities for the whole family. The dining selections are great as well, with high-end all the way down to the normal food court. Definitely a great place to spend a weekend or Sunday afternoon.

If you want to go to a mall, this one is gigantic, and everything feels fairly new. They have upscale as well as discount/outlet options, and for many of the upscale stores located here, there are no other nearby alternatives. Parking involved a bit of weaving around but wasnt bad. I wish they would put a digital map of the mall on their website. Also: getting there is "interesting." If you dont know the area, use GPS navigation to get there. All of the roads, ramps, highways, and intersections surrounding this mall are a hot mess. Its like navigating through a sea of random, crumbling concrete.

I always have a great experience at Destiny USA. The mall is clean and there is ample parking. If you are going on a Saturday or Sunday be prepared to be patient as the mall can become very busy. I often go to the mall to visit the Apple Store, Banana Republic, Best Buy and Macys. Everyone is generally friendly and helpful. I would recommend Panera for a meal if you have time, their staff is always great and the meals are fresh. Ask for Brittany, the manager, if you need anything at all, shes the best!

If the security officers are going to authorized to write tickets, you should probably- 1. Mark fire lanes as fire lanes, and/or put up no parking signs where youre not allowed to park. Hard to prove a ticket in court when your property isnt marked properly. 2. (Easiest and probably most important) if you want these tickets to stick, make sure they write the right color of the car on the ticket. My green vehicle is no where near silver as the young man indicated on my "ticket".

Destiny USA lot of people got hurt building the small things to Ted konjal pushing the envelope to get it done on time but however Destiny USA is a great place everything is within walking distance as long as you got a good pair of shoes on Plenty of game rooms for the kids and things to do for the kids I want to stop off at the World of Beer stop off there try some beer there while the kids are playing in the house of mirrors check it out

One of the few remaining mega-malls in upstate New York. Most other malls are losing their anchor stores, but Destiny USA has all of the biggies and keeps adding new stores. They have a great variety in restaurants ranging from Johnny Rocket to Cheesecake Factory and many others. Try the bar at the Melting Pot for cocktails. Destiny USA is being enough to have a full range of stores from Five Below to Michael Kors. Worth the trip.

This is a mall that is trying to compete for largest mall in America. They have big shoes to fill and big plans for the future but as of now they are still quite large, clean and most importantly going for a green facility. There is quite a few stores here making it easy for anyone to find something they like. Also they have a substantial selection of places to eat ranging from a Cheesecake Factory to a Dave & Busters.

My jaw drops every time at the sheer size of this mall. Its enormous. There are 4 floors and the place is packed with all of your favorite stores and then some. You can literally get lost in this place so travel with a friend! All kidding aside, this is a great place to get out for the whole day. Theres plenty to see and do and there are allot of places to eat as well. If this isnt a 5 Star Mall I dont know what is.

The Carousel Mall (as it was formerly known), now Destiny USA, has come a long way since I first saw it in 1994. The center Column has grown to incorporate different wings which made a big mall, even bigger. Now they are adding a hotel and some other plan facilities to turn the mall into a resort of sorts. The shopping experience is good and they have tons of food options. Cant wait to see what the future holds.

The old part of this mall is is not that nice, and not very modern. The new half is actually pretty nice and has the better stores. The downside of this mall is that frequently there are a lot of young adults that are lots and sometimes causing trouble. Its gotten a poor, and well deserved, reputation for drawing some troublesome clientele. Go during the afternoon or early evening for the best experience.

This Mall is great it has everything!!! Restaurants, bars, underground parking, and much more. Not to mention all the shops everything from affordable to way out of my price line expensive. Like the name says its not just a mall its a destination. Movies, indoor go-carts, a ropes course and a ton more to do. If you havent already been there I highly recommend checking it out it has something for everyone.

if there were a later ghostbusters movie, concentrated once again on a physical manifestation of ill will and base human evilness, then perhaps destiny usa would be the place to film it. it is as if every bad thought and intention of every person within a 350mi radius of syracuse has been collected and extruded from the bowels of the earth into the form of a shopping mall. a place of great dishonor.
