A collection of stores in a non enclosed strip mall along with separate sets of stores and business on separate island strip sections. There is a large parking area often used for special open market. Most of the current stores seems to cater to moderate income families.The shopping area evolved into consolidated retail real estate orginally from unplanned growth business in the area. Therefore there is still public streets running through the area, yet it is clearly defined as a shopping center. Auto traffic patterns have never been fully resolved. Furthermore, for an location that is surrounded by city and near city border suburban neighborhoods, pedestrian access, accessibility, and friendliness is way under considered in the planning of walkways.

Its a beautiful little Plaza that has a little bit of everything the clothing stores are definitely affordable for people on a budget especially Fallas and they you can find a lot of name-brand cute clothes especially for back to school this is works for any mother or parents that are on a budget they also have eating spots to shop in between and grab a bite pharmacies Dollar Trees 4 things that you know people on a budget can get and it not make a difference bleach is bleach

I go here often because I live close by. Typical strip mall... Grocery store, McDonalds, Marks Pizzeria, liquor store, hardware store, pawn shop, etc. Not the best neighborhood but not the worst either.

It has a somewhat decent selection of businesses but the entire Plaza just looks awfully run down and depressing. Parking lot is way too big, could use some islands of green space to spruce it up.

Lots of convenient shops. However, there are a lot of people that hang around there that are incapacitated by drugs or alcohol and they beg for money. Its not always the safest place to be.

Shop City Plaza is a great place the only exception is the people from Grant Village Apartments are all crazy I Section 8 are on welfare and they dont care theyre lowlifes

There are some handy stores here such as the hardware store, the drug store and the grocery store. There is plenty of parking. Also there is a vet there for your pet.

Rite aid is still pretty decent. Everything else is sleepy, unkempt and neglected. Tops is so slow, bad section at liquor store.
