I have been coming to Cackleberry for about 10 years atleast and havent had a a problem except in my past 2 or 3 visits I have had some experiences with the employees that have made me hesitant to return. A few months ago my friend and I had a few questions about an item and my friend asked if the seller was there that day or if there was a way we could contact him or her. The woman who is usually at the front counter immediately shot us down and said the prices are firm and they dont like to bother the sellers. Our questions had nothing to do with price and even if it was the way she spoke to us was so rude and unprofessional. We then put the items back and left. Now today we were in the area with some time to kill so we figured wed stop in some shops. We decided to give Cackleberry another chance but as soon as we walked in the same woman was sitting at the counter and gave us cold glares and watched us as much as she could. When she couldnt watch us she had another employee follow us throughout the mall. Its a real shame because I was going to purchase several Halloween blow molds but when I realized what was going on I once again put everything back and left. Its very unfortunate for the booth renters because the selection is really great and vast and the prices are pratty fair but the employees ruin any opportunity for any sales. If your ok with being judged and disrespected give this mall a shot but if you arent (and you probably arent) Id pass on this one.

The venue is vast, the selection is great and the prices are ok, but the staff know very little about the items. I tried to buy a volt ohmmeter, and the cashier kept insisting that it was a tube checker, although it said VOLT-OHMMETER on the top. The lid was missing and the thing didnt work, but the price wouldnt budge (which was waaaaaaay overpriced). Despite these setbacks, I had managed to purchase an old Civil Defense water can. It is a very nice place with great items that are a good addition to anybodys collection.

We love this place! The store is huge and well-organized. You can find a little bit of everything here, and its true antiques. Not many primitives, but plenty of items from the 20s and up. For the most part the prices were reasonable and the general store was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back!

One of the dealers assisting my mother and I was scolded by the cashier-clerk directly in front of us. This really soured our experience. It was like I was back in third grade again. Very unprofessional. Nevertheless, the selection was good but not a happy environment.

Great antique mall full of wonderful vendors. Always a ton of treasures to be found. You could easily spend hours here if you wanted to going through it all. Prices are fair and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

This is the most organized antique store Ive ever been in. It was a pleasure just to walk through and look at everything, the general store was neat. Definitely recommend, this place has something for everyone inside.

When I walked in I wasnt thinking id be at this place for 2 to 3 hours.. And even then Im not 100% sure I seen everything! I love it, id go back. Just watch where you step, other wise you might break something.
