We visited the Boscov"s here, which is a nice store with a good selection of merchandise. When we inquired about going into the mall, an employee informed us that the mall was not worth visiting as there werent many stores left. Well, we didnt bother checking out the rest of the mall. However, located very near the mall is a fine farmers market which is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It includes an excellent selection of markets with lots of fresh produce options, Salenos, an excellent Italian market, a few bakeries that are just ok, a few decent fish markets, some cool specialty markets and plenty of places to get a quick bite to eat. This is worth the visit.

If youre at the mall, skip the other stores and head to Boscovs department stores restaurant, the Greenery. Its a bit of classic Berks County in the middle of an otherwise undistinguished place. Have the "Boscobb" salad (full or half portions available). They seem to grill the chicken breast to order. Afterwards, go into the department store and have some fresh in-store-made peanut butter and chocolate fudge. They will slice into bite-sized pieces. And why not? You just had bacon, why not have some fudge? It wont kill you. Take your mother.

I have been visiting this mall all my life , I am sad to see it in a decline. I frequent Golden Eagle Comics inside the Mall in which I host Pokemon League . Over all it is a shadow of its previous glory containing only a third of its previous shops . Highlights include a Nearly Brand new Movie theater with reclining seats . Boscovs , SV Sports , and Golden Eagle Comics .

What is sad place to shop. Most of the stores are empty. It wasnt a good experience. Rather depressing. Maybe if they would lower the rent maybe the stores would come back. The people who own this mall must be very greedy. Its a shame because it one time it was a great place to shop

Its a mall thats on the edge of closing down, has a few stores but it seams to have several closed store fronts. The comic book and boardgame store is pretty good seems to attract a decent crowd. Definitely check out the comic store. The rest of the mall I was unimpressed with.

This mall has a nice Boscovs department store, and the Super Shoes, Burlingtons and furniture store are worth the visit. Many businesses have left the mall, though. I also have been to the Chinese Back Rub at this mall. The practioner does Tui na massage, and is very skilled.

This mall should be closed down. There are very few stores left and theres not a single place to eat left in the food court. During Christmas time it was depressing. They still had a Santa in the middle of the mall sitting by himself with no one there and nobody to see him.

Literally this mall is "ghosting" Reading! Its an 100% grade A (or F) ghost town! The majority of the mall is literally closed for business."Burlington," Schuylkill Valley, and Boscovs are the only reason it still exist...lol and who the hell shops at Boscovs anymore

Stay away, its so dead in this place that they dont even turn on the lights during the day. There are only 6 or so stores in the entire Mall, the only thing that keeps this place open is the anchor stores. They are Boscovs, the movie theater, and Burlington coats.

This is now called the gost mall. Most of the stores are closed and the food court is a joke. The movie theatre is scary with old rugs and a weird smell. I go to the quest there because its not busy. Burlington is still good and the bath and bodyworks.

A complete s***hole. The Berkshire mall in the town over isnt that much better but at least they have stores. Fairgrounds was a decent mall 8 years ago until stores started closing one by one rapidly. New mall owners havent done anything to revive it.

Theres is really no stores left there just Boscov and Burlington other than that the mall is falling apart is too quiet almost nobody goes there.I personally just go there for those 2 stores the sell good stuff at good prices.

It was great! I loved being almost skinned by a random hunter with a knife. Best place in the world, if the world only had one mall. Probably so haunted it would scare JON CENAS pants off!!!!! Intensity!!

Its a huge mall the stores have very good price compare to NY. The area looks clean but unfortunately like it happens in a lot of small town theres a lot of stores close or just empty commercial space.

This mall is dead, strange smell inside and no food inside the food court, its got a comic book store and a keyboard store along with a decent theater. Kind of smelled like bacon around the boscovs.

Place is empty. Its located on the restaurant strip in town... So gets plenty of traffic... And they let the place go to crap. Even the movie theatre isnt the nicest. That huge building just wasted.

Like most reviews say the mall is mostly dead, whoever running the mall needs to put some incentives to get some stores in because right besides Boscovs and Burlington there is really not much.

horrible. stores are gone. theres nothing in this mall worth going to do. its sad because back in the 80s -90s it was a happening mall. now I go to the berkshire . disappointed in this mall

What mall? Whats even open there besides 1 or 2 stores...???? Use to love going to chef Allen there and shopping now its all closed. Burlington coat factory is right there and thats nice.

This is a dying mall, unfortunatelly. The only good stores left are the Bath and Body, the Cinema, and the Golden Eagle comics and collectables. Other than that, theres not much there.

Was once a very good mall, however now a days 80 percent of the stores are closed... the only things to go in there for is the comic book store and to check out a few phone kiosks.

Dead mall, most of the storefronts are vacant. Few stores left that are interesting. Better to go to Berkshire Mall in the area or Lehigh Valley Mall if you want to travel a bit.

This mall seems like its run down and not taking care of properly. I would travel from Lancaster to come up here every few months but it started not becoming worth it.
