Needs another elevator, outside of the department stores. Its annoying, to wait for the elevator. When your handicapped or, are traveling with your children whom, are stroller aged, with inconsiderate people who just are lazy and cant take the steps or park on the first floor. Then theres the stores inside this mall. Ugh, theres not enough space here for details. But Ill tell you This when you make a purchase make sure you examine it well for the quality of the product your paying for. Pay attention to the details you may end up paying full price for items others returned used; worn ECT. And these stores dont even care any more they just sell it just like that. Lousy Mall. Id rather travel for better quality in what I purchase and much better customer service experience.

This is an okay mall to come with friends or if you need something specific. The mall itself has some issues like parking for instance. The outdoor stores on some days are impossible to find parking within a good distance of the store. Also the traffic situation is a joke with all of the cones and very congested roads. The watch place is an expensive joke. Far short of a small watch shop. The mall does not have that many interactive things or attractions. There are some restaurants but few. Seating is also scarce especially on the second floor, usually with all the seats taken already. There are some good shopping destinations in the mall though. Overall its not a bad mall, and maybe a place to check out when you have some spare time.

Mall security was not welcoming. We were chaperones for a high school marching band. Immediately upon arrival at the mall security demanded contact numbers from the parents escorting the students, so they could contact us WHEN there was trouble. The officer was assuming our kids were going to cause trouble. Needless to say there were no issues, other than officer not so friendly. This is why malls are going out of business, when security harasses paying customers for no reason. Another band arrived shortly after us, and was not treated with the same disdain.

Being from Southern California, I have a certain standard for what constitutes a Mall; not to speak of quality. The Lehigh Valley Mall surprised me with its modern styling. I especially enjoyed the use of outdoor shopping as a foyer, or prelude to the mall itself. My only gripe is the utter lack of directories throughout. I had to ask two different mall employees (not retail) before locating (what I was told is) the only directory in the entire place. Both employees were pleasant and helpful in their own right. Not at all a bad shopping experience.

In the area, this is the go to mall. This mall has just about everything you would want, and multiple of stores that you really dont care about. Mall is clean and well maintained however, nothing ground breaking here. Malls are a dying breed and this mall is doing what it can to hold on. Its highlights however are the shops outside the mall with great food and more upscale stores. If you want jewelry, your phone fixed, or "hip" clothes go inside this mall. If you want a better selection and something good to eat, go to their outside shops.

Its a decent size mall. Has a wide variety of stores to fit most peoples needs. There is even a bar there on the first floor. Nice for when your significant other wants to do more shopping than you want to. There are charging stations, although Ive never needed to use them, since I rather socialize with people while Im there. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and the temperature is always perfect. Mall security is always present so you always feel safe. The only down side is the massive parking lot and confusing lay out of the lot.

We always have a great experience at this Mall. Stroud Mall is closer to our location, however Lehigh Valley Mall is much larger with more stores. Parking is a bit tight....( people from all over(wink) seem to visit this Mall..) Food and drinks are available..( food court) and are the usual somewhat prices as with most Malls. If you can hold off the hunger and thirst for a bit; theres numerous places to eat outside the mall ( Burger King, McDonalds,..etc..etc..)

There are great stores here and its fun to walk around. One of our favorites is Lolli Pops. The staff is awesome and we love the candy selection. There is even Harry Potter stuff and lots of unusual kinds of candy. The reason for 4 stars for the overall score is that the kiosks in the middle of the aisles during holidays are very annoying because some of them are aggressive in coming after you to sample or buy something.

Ridiculous parking! Lot entrances frequently blocked off - even with multiple open spaces! Requires driving all the way around all the lots to get there. Ambient music in all the walkways and inside the mall is louder than a full blast car radio. Cant talk to each other without shouting. If I have an alternative more peaceful location for vendors or stores Ill drive 25+ miles out of my way just to keep sanity!

Great Stores, a lot of improvements these past years. But like every mall in America, its filled with kids, families and parking is always a struggle but manageable. Amazing food/snack options. Teavana is Heaven. The Sweet Shop located in the first floor main entrance is amazing they sell the best carrot cake, and Red Velvet cake I ever tasted. Park in Boscovs area, always more parking availability.

Nice sized mall. Lots of options, but not so big you get lost. No food court, but several good options scattered throughout from pretzels to fast food to sit down restaurants. Great seating areas throughout with charging stations if your phone is getting low. Bathrooms are cleaner than most, and they have a family room with a closed in seating area for breast feeding if you want some privacy.

This is such a big mall and is always clean inside. There are so many stores here with lota of places to get snacks or a meal. The older parts of the building really do need a facelift, as they are dirty looking and need to be washed off (i.e., the brick on the outside of somw of the big stores). That being said, this is still a great sized mall and ive neber had a bad experiance here.

Google said I was here but I have been to the mall in probably over a year. At that time there were a bunch of empty store fronts. It was real dead not what it was 10 years ago. Stores are all overpriced so they can pay there rent that is way to high for a 1960 shopping concept. Malls in America are dieing a slow painful death. This mall seems to be following the trend.

This mall has been around for years, and has changed a lot. They now have outdoor upscale locations with restaurants and an Apple Store (dont go there). The inside is very nice and up-to-date. There are very few if any closed stored, and the place is always packed. Parking for the mall can be a pain, but you need to know where you are going.

I went to buy black slacks size 5 or 6, I could not find them, four different stores I looked. I usually shop there with friends or my daughter and we go to shop whatever like at the moment, but this time that I needed something specifically, I didnt find any, had to go to another store outside the mall to get them.
