Town Square Mall is the largest retail shopping area located in Vestal, NY. There are a variety of shops located here (Payless, Dollar Tree, Sams Club, Walmart) AMC theaters and Barnes and Noble are 2 popular entertainment stops on the property. AC Moore (a craft store) is here. As well, there are a collection of clothing stores, 5 Below, Sweet Frogs, Americas Best and Dicks sporting goods. For dining, there are a few decent eating establishments (Taco Bell, TGI Fridays and Pizzeria Uno) There is plenty of parking available, along with being on the city bus transit line. Historical Fact: many years ago,the property used to be the location of the V drive- in theater.

The Town Square Mall is great and has a wide variety of stores. Banana Republic, GAP Outlet, 5 Below, Walmart, Sams Club, Americas Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, AMC movie theater, Barnes & Noble(With a Starbucks inside), T.J. MAXX, Dicks Sporting Goods, Payless Shoes, Sally Beauty, Dollar Tree, (DSW)Designer Shoe Warehouse, Hallmark, Sweet Frog, Taco Bell, and Unos. Love shopping here, it has so many different options!

With an abundance of stores and a great variety, the Town Square Mall has something for every occasion. Groceries, clothes, crafts, books, and more can all be purchased within close proximity and a days worth of shopping can be done entirely within this collection of stores. Theyre well kept, and of high quality. Parking space can be an issue, though. There are also a number of restaurants there.

Love The Dollar Tree , next to Sams Club , A.C. Moore is a great hobby craft store . Barnes & Noble book store across the park lot great movie theater with huge reclining seat . Jewlery store does great job fixing broken jewlery at a real reasonable price. Wal-Mart, said enough. Payless shoes ??? more like Pay-more for 1/2 The quality . TGI-Fridays , still wondering what it like in there. LoL

Lovely AMC movie theater, the seats are cushioning, ...the prices cant be beat...them theres Walmart,TJMax,shoe Circus, Sams Club,a Warehouse of Food,Products, ....am enjoyable trip for a lovely sunny day..there King too so your day is complete Lowes,hardware. ..well theres Barnes &Noble.....and for the body builders,we have Dickson Sporting Goods

Great place for entertainment and shopping, from great books at Barnes and Noble, buying things in bulk and a large variety of items from groceries to clothing, TVs and other electronics, bakery and a good snack bar at Sas Club and movies with reliner seating at AMC theaters and of course Walmart. Taco Bell, TGI Fridays and UNOS.

My family goes to this plaza often because it has many places we shop at. We go to the Dollar Tree, Sams Club and Five Below often. It also has one of the few movie theaters around here. Any empty spaces have been leased back out quickly recently. I think there is too many shoe stores though.

Good atmosphere. A lot of niche shops. It is a great place to wander and shop for gifts. Not the best option if you have something specific in mind as you will probably find it cheaper elsewhere. Also I wish they had a food court or just more food options.

Lots of shops. Parking can be a pain during peak hours and holidays. I enjoy the movie theatre here because they have lounge seating. Walmart is 24 hours here. Great restaurants at the entrance to the Plaza. Four stars only for parking layouts

This mall has changed a lot over the years, presently it is still a great place to go if you need just about anything or just want to take a stroll out of the weather. Sams club 5/5 is a life saver for bulk food shopping and party planning.

Its not anything amazing. Theres no food court. Theres a couple department stores. There are a few trendy shops like American Eagle , Hollister, Abercrombie, Zumies, Hot Topic, Lids, and Spencers. Its pretty decent for a small town mall.

Decent shopping experience. For Binghamton this is probably the main strip to shop at. Decent food choices. Walmart etc for college kids to shop and stock up at. Also contains one of the best AMC theaters anywhere Ive been in USA.

A nice variety of stores, plenty of parking in a main location. You cannot walk from store to store on a enclosed walkway. This can be limiting in poor weather. Driving through the mall can be frustrating do to the layout.

This strip mall has a Walmart and a TJ Max among other stores. There is a TGI Fridays, a Burger King, and a movie theater. It is a popular mall for the college crowd because of the accessible public transportation.

I cant get enough of shopping there when I have time...I always begin with Barnes & Noble & work my way to Walmart...I can take my time & rest as needed...There are plenty of places to eat as well...

Blew out a tire in one of the many potholes in this parking lot, it is also a real pain to drive through as people tend to be absolute maniacs as they zoom around to get to the stores.

I like it here but I wish there was a grocery store. You will have to take the bus if you dont drive to get groceries. And maybe take a cab if you ended up buying too many things. :-)

The stores that are there are wonderful. The parking lot is dreadful. Always garbage flying through the air. Plaza as a whole, I feel could use some cleaning up on the outside.

Mall located in the heart of vestal. I always enjoy going to this mall. There are quite a few stores especially Tjmax that you can get lost in all day shopping for great finds!

Its a decent shopping center for big box stores like Walmart, TJ Maxx, Barnes & Noble, TGIFridays etc. Nothing super interesting or unique. Best used for the AMC.

Lots of places to shop. The AMC theater is amazing. The Chilis in the mall is the best restaurant on the Parkway, however I may be unfairly biased towards it.

Was only here to go to Chilis. But the Chilis is a brand new 1 that just opened in Feb. The open layout of this new Chilis was really nice.

Just love malls. LOL Brought my granddaughters for pictures with Santa. Great experience. Did some shopping. Very enjoyable
