I love this mall b/c it has the stores I typically shop at for myself or my clients. It is less populated and Im usually in and out (no long lines). I also love that the stores associates remember who you are, which makes your shopping experience much more pleasant and theyre friendly and helpful. And I always find a parking spot not far from the entrance, thats a plus.

It is trending down hill and every time Sears or Macys announces a store closing I expect the ones in this mall to be listed. There are a few nice stores and it is easy to walk around. I really enjoy the orange chicken at the China express, grub burger is great as is Cafe Riviera. Honestly the food and shoe repair are the only reason I still go here.

I like this mall simply because its small. It has a Boscovs a Sears and a Macys as anchor stores. The atmosphere is very nice. They have the regular stores any other mall has and a small food court. They have this restaurant called the cafe its really good food. You see a lot of older people go there to exercise so is relatively laid-back.

Not a bad little mall. Dont expect a giant selection of stores like King of Prussia or Christiana. This is "Mall Lite" or "Diet Mall." While technically it is a mall and has all the staples, like Macys and Sears. Quite a few of the storefronts are shuttered and vacant. But the mall is still clean and appearance is pleasant.

A small shopping mall in North Wilmington and near Route 202. It has a decent selection of stores but not as many as King of Prussia Mall or Christiana Mall. It is a clean and lovely mall, but if you only need to make a quick shopping run and dont need much variety, the Concord Mall will be a great place to explore.

As people say this mall is not as good as the Christiana mall, not all people are rich and high class that they go to a ritzy and mockingly rude mall. This Concord mall is better than some stuck up snobs shopping for expensive items at that ridiculous mall. Go be snobby somewhere else cause no one wants you here .

As a maryland resident I often travel to Delaware for tax free shopping. I love this mall because its close to many other shopping options and dining or entertainment so its easy to make a full rounded days trip out of the visit. The mall is very well lit and clean with great secure and lots of parking.

Chief JCPenny, ignorant checkout, having an employee turn her back on Mr while waking up too register. I was last customer. She said she was done, walked away to B.S. With manager. Had to wait behind another customer having trouble getting checked out. So much fur customer service and team work.

I have enjoyed shopping here for years. I much prefer a mall over a shopping center especially when it is the winter. I would give a 5 star rating but I have encountered some sales associates that could be more friendly or SMILE once in a while. I also wish the bathrooms would be updated more often.

I have been coming here since i was a baby and im about to be 24 and im keeping the tradition alive with my 3 year old son. Im just really sad that alot of the stores are closing, i really hope they are not trying to kill off the mall like how the granite run was ruined.

I would highly recommend the Verizon store at the Concord mall. Lannecs has to do the extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was very patient with me. The other guys were awesome and very helpfully too. Thank you so much I will always come back!

A sad little which is slowly dying. there are vacant stores and little foot traffic. It is rather unfortunate. The stores that remain are low volume, so they may not have the same merchandise as the high volume stores of Christiana Mall.

This mall is a great mall for a quick trip. If youre looking for a huge mall with a lot of stores, this may not be the place for you. But its a nice, clean smaller mall with the stores that matter most in many peoples everyday lives.

The Concord Mall is ok. Its not exciting anymore.. Stores are closing which makes your shopping limited.. To have a day at a mall you have to go to Christiana or the King of Prussia mall to enjoy a day at the mall..

I only go to one store: Loft. Its closers to wilmington and the size more manageable than Christiana. I hate malls and wished that US cities looks like more like European cities, with stores in walkeable streets.

Clean and small, this old mall has been updated and thoroughly modernized. Nowhere near the size of Christiana mall, it still contains a lot of stores, including three large department stores. Good for families.

Not much here that isnt in any mall from the 2000s and a lot of stores have moved out leaving a lot of empty lots. Unless u love Boscovs, Sears or Chick-fil-A youre better off going to Christiana Mall.

Great mall. They have Macys, Zales, Chinese food, three cellular carriers have stores as well. This mall is CRAZY busy at Christmas time. Parking is not usually a problem except at Christmas.

Not a bad mall to do your tax-free shopping. There is a good number of stores, but you will not find as many stores as the Christiana Mall. (No Apple Store is a bummer). The ambiance is average.

One of many dying malls. This mall is hanging on to most of their anchor stores, but several franchise stores are closed in the mall and replaced with some redundant cell phone stores, etc.

A slowly dying mall. It used to be the crown jewel of shopping on Concord Pike. Now, its glory is fading. I havent been here much in a while, when I used to go at least twice a month.

Significantly upgraded over the years the Concord Mall boasts all the amenities that similar size malls have in the US. The alluring feature of this Mall is the tax free shopping.

Theres some good stores in the mall, but its becoming more and more empty. If you want a good mall to just walk around and browse, Christiana is the way to go.

Good mall to go to when Christiana becomes too overwhelming. I tend to find items in stock here over Christiana since it is a lot less crowded at Concord.

The mall itself is struggling, not many stores open. Boscovs and Macys are nice. I had a bad experience at the nail salon there, so Im never going back.
