I grew up going to this Mall and its sad to see how deserted it has become. J.C. Penny moved out a couple of years ago seeing the light ahead of the curve. Macys is having some great sales though and I scored some gorgeous #SunhamHomeFashions bathroom towels for $3.99 each. The Food Court offers a wide variety and is a daily attraction for lunch out of the office. #Gap and #GapBody still hold strong as does #AmericanEagleOutfitters. Snack at Auntie Annes pretzels or grab a gourmet chocolate treat at #Boscovs old fashioned candy counter. They still offer gift wrapping services near the candy. You can rent a kiddie car type stroller in the guest services area {now unattended} or use the wifi while relaxing at one of the rest area situated around the mall. I hope people begin to shop a little more local again when they can. It would be a shame to lose this local relic.

Like many 70s and 80s era shopping malls, Exton Square Mall suffers the same vacancy issues and also possesses a very weird layout in which you reach a certain point of the mall and you cannot connect to the place you entered without walking through the Macys. Ive been to this mall several times where this has been frustrating because we just wanted to walk the full loop of the mall. Food court: better than average with solid, newer players like 5 Guys.

Love this place, its not to small not to big, the star in this is the food court, they do it right. Never in my life would i ever guess I would be saying this about a food court. I tried the mandarin and sushi restaurant in the court and pure perfection. I have always been disappointed with other malls but they have done it right. I will surely be back to this mall

Mall used to be much bigger however stores have been forced to leave. I suppose to be expected with so much ordering online and deals to be found there. However its always very clean. Also you dont get as many of the questionable looking individuals like you would at Malls closer to urban areas. Happy nice little Mall that is well taken care of if a little empty.

Its extremely sad to see your childhood mall become more and more empty with each year. The Exton Square Mall has some nice stores, but it does not compare to the business it drew merely 5 years ago. The food court rocks and I hope the new renovations (Round 1 Entertainment) brings a fresh, young crowd to the mall once again.

Kind of a poor substitute for the KoP mall. The bottom floor has many vacancies and is very low traffic. The top floor has an acceptable, but certainly not great, food court and the usual clothing stores. Missing a lot of things you come to expect in a modern mall like an electronics store, a cookie place, etc.

I was here when they opened in 1972, WHAT HAPPENED? It has surely changed in 45 years, but on a Friday Night, this place was DEAD. No restaurants, and plenty of closed stores. While just up the way at a community that was still a woodland back in the day, was bustling with people! - Is the shopping mall dead?

I feel like this mall has its ups and downs. Right now, a lot of stores are closed or under construction with only 2 anchors left. But theres a big medical complex now and a huge bowling alley and arcade that might hopefully help drive more traffic bringing back stores. Fingers crossed for an upswing again.

A little outdated but its an OK mall to walk around. Its a good place to bring the kids and walk around, grab a bite to eat in the food court etc. It seems to be turning around with some of the latest stores opening up and entertainment spots. Look for an update in the coming months.

Enjoyed the parts of the mall that I got to visit. Saw lots of walkers there for sure. Enjoyed time with my granddaughter and daughter in law the most. Wish they had strollers for rent. Please keep the mall open for people like me that enjoy a mall over a shopping center on any day!

Boscovs is what takes me to this Mall. It is an awesome place to shop. Value, courtesy of salespeople, ease in shopping, etc. If I have any complaints, it is because the stores are no longer adequately staffed. The stores save money, but it is an inconvenience to their clients.

Nothing outstanding. Nice decor, clean. One of the mens wear stores is under renovation, but still open. I find that slightly unprofessional. But my main discord about this issue is the language and unprofessionalism of the construction crew during business hours.

Wide range of products within same complex. Ornate design even used for social walks in the shade from the beating sun. High quality floor, wall and ceiling cladding. However, some staff at venues felt that increased online shopping was taking trade away.

I have only been to this mall a few times but I always enjoy it. There is a lot of shops and places to eat. I was there in the evening and it was not all that crowded. I enjoyed a Bite to eat at Five Guys then spent a few hours at Round1. Great trip.

The best one can say about the Exton Mall is, its still here. Stores change rapidly, anchor stores disappear, but the food court remains, with sightly better than fast food options. Im told the new bowling alley is great fun, but bring earplugs.

Ghost town. Currently an example of the decline in mall popularity. Dont get me wrong, there are still plenty of great shops & they are keeping the place clean and safe but, it is a little depressing with all the vacancies.

Exton Mall...this is the week of Christmas!! WHY does Santa need a ONE hour break (for sitting all day) at 5pm??? And you have no substitute for children waiting in line for hours... done with this badly PREIT managed mall!

A lot of stores closed in this mall, planning a new entertainment space in vacated JC Penny store. I suggest a super regional outlet mall to rival the more upscale full retail prices of nearby King of Prussia Mall.

No es muy grande pero si es muy completo con muchas tiendas y con una buena feria de comida.

They have a great variety of stores here, including Books-A-Million, Express, American Eagle, and H&M! And while nothing beats the King of Prussia Mall, this one comes in close second for me.

I being there a few times, they have a lot of deals on sale items, the mall is so big specially the food court is a great variety also if you have kids its a playground on second floor.

The simple layout and size thats just big enough really benefits this mall and gives you just enough to walk through to get both variety and not waste your day looking for a single store.

Although it has some useful stores, it is reminiscent of a failing mall. About every other store is closed. The food court has some diverse choices, and is a good place for a quick bite.
