This MALL absolutely DISREGARDS their customers HEALTH and SAFETY. Dont even bother coming to this place after 8pm (when all the stores close up well before 10pm as they advertise online). They also treat you like a criminal for walking through the mall with the full intention of going to the nearest exit to get to your vehicle. I was told by a mall security guard that " I HAD to exit through the doors near Boscov’s”. Mind you I was with a child and I parked my vehicle at the other side of the mall! I had to WALK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AROUND THE ENTIRE MALL to get to my vehicle! This security guard and mall had absolutely no regards towards our safety, I could have been robbed or worse. They need to treat their customers better if they want to compete or get anywhere near to Christiana malls standards /:

We took our kids in there for a scavenger hunt on a rediculously hot afternoon to give them something to do. After about an hour we were told by mall security that we were not allowed to do such things. No explanation given other than its private property. What stupidity. We were all behaving ourselves, we were not bothering anyone, we were not being disruptive, our kids were having fun. And we were in the MALL. Who knows? We might have actually bought something there if we had not been shut down. Dover Mall is a tired run down unfriendly place. I dont live in DE anymore but its my opinion that Dover needs a new mall under new management. And thats all I have to say about that.

Its an okay mall. It has problems with keeping stores. It has all the necessities of a mall.. food court, theater, jewelry stores ect. There are plenty of places for ladies to shop. The food court is... laughably a food court. Three places in a row mainly sell chicken, two of which are asain cuisine. Then you have a pizza place, CheeseSteak stop and Subway. There were plenty more choices years before. Again all in all, its an okay mall. But you might as well go 50 minutes away and go to Christiana Mall. Which is way better.

Needs more stores and a better variety of things in the food court. I wish they hadnt gotten rid of salad works. But the mall is boring and lacks something that makes you want to just wander for hours and shop. I try not to spend more time than I have to inside since the atmosphere is depressing. I also wish they would step up their game for the Santa display, a broken over sized bear and dirty props do not make me want to stand in line to see Santa.

Good place to run in and grab something quick. Missing a few stores you usually get in a mall, like NY&C, but the basics are there. There is so much potential for this mall location. I really hope the city approves their road request to increase access and business. Hate seeing the vacant spots inside. Love the community activities the mall offers, would love more of that and a kids play area since this is a really family focused area.

This is a nice little mall but sadly there are several vacant stores now. It is the only indoor mall for almost an hour drive from Dover. Boscovs is wonderful! They even have a little restaurant. There is also an AMC movie theater here, the only one in the area, and a small food court. I recommend stopping in the food court at the Hersheys ice cream booth. The owner is so nice and the milkshakes are fabulous!

Dover need this place being that its the only Mall in the capital city area. I do wish it was two or three stories so they could add more stores, also it would be nice if they added a built in amusement park and a hotel to fissiness the spot up.. but as far as the stores this Mall do have their good and I dont have any real complaints about them

They dont have certain stores that you get accustomed to shopping in at most malls. The restaurants in the food court need to keep that area clean as it is always pretty gross when Ive gone. The movie theater was very small and not very clean either. We went to see Rogue One last night & it smelled strongly of animals in there.

It has all the essentials needed for the area, but the interior really needs an update. The stores are in and out a lot and it just feels drab compared to other malls. More natural light, less bland tones, or other features to give this spot a more welcoming feel would be nice.

Over the years this mall is either getting smaller or others getting bigger. If it wasnt for my long time lady that cuts my hair I wouldnt come here. There is few selections in stores, no sit down restaurants anymore, no arcade. It will eventually be a ghost mall like Blue Hen.

Just the usual boring layout found at most malls. They have security guards who follow you around if you happen to be in a racially mixed relationship. They actually sneer at you. Especially the older female guard. Just my opinion, but its not a pleasant shopping experience.

Not the biggest fan of this mall because of the food service. The lady made me go to the back of the line again after 15 minutes of waiting because she thought we had cutted. So rude! So I didnt even bother to spend money here. And not many stores. All very expensive

Very nice. Admittedly, the food court is shrinking, only offering Sbarros, a chicken place, and a Chinese and Japanese option. It used to have a smoothie place, Subway, a fries place. But aside from that, it is great. Ill always vouch for the Dover Mall.

They could do so much more here! When you go to a mall its not about just shopping its about the shopping experience. The food in the food court is just average and kinda overpriced. The stores they have here you can also get at Christiana and then more.

Horrible customer service, very rude, ignorant and uneducated security guards. We will never do business in that mall again. I will ensure every one of my clients are aware of the rude behavior myself and my colleagues received at the Dover Mall.

The mall is small but its the only real place to hang out anymore the theater sucks in the since of its pricing the stores get old but thats life I do miss the arcade having the option to go there and hang before your movie started.

Not to many stores but plenty for a day out. The stores are some of the only in the state, like American Eagle and rue. Its very clean and usually not busy. They also have electric animal ridders that you can rent and zoom around on.

I hate the mall. Period. Everything is more expensive. The other customers are rude. Parking sucks. I avoid that place altogether. Gone are the days of being able to buy things exclusively at the mall. Ill buy it online, thanks.

Definitely not the greatest mall Ive been to. Its small and the food court is lousy. The restroom was utterly disgusting, and overrun with flies. It is quite obvious their janitorial staff does NOT clean it regularly.

I do not care for this Mall at all. While its the only option in Dover, its still better to drive the 45 minutes to a better mall. Some of the stores are fine, but not much variety and not a relaxing place to walk around.
