DONT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE!!! I cant believe this mall still follows the archaic practice of charging a $3 a month fee for Gift Cards which have not been used in the past month. My mother purchased a $100 gc almost 2 years ago and I just got around to using it. I found out while checking out that there was only $31 left on the card due to the card having not been used for 23 months. WTF? A Gift Card is for all intents and purposes a free loan made by the customer to the business which carries no interest, it is entirely to the businesses benefit. How can they justify saying that because I did not try to use the money that I lent to them 2 years ago and ask for my "loan" to be paid back that they will charge me a fee for that? $3 a month is a 36% APR interest rate, even the worst credit cards out there dont charge there customers that much for loaning money. I have worked in retail management for 20 years and I remember when gift cards first began replacing paper certificates many stores had this policy, but over a relatively short period of time those charges were eliminated by most businesses because customers were understandably angry. I dont see how this business can possibly have any answer for such an unethical practice, it should be illegal to take your money like that. Because I lent them money two years ago and din;t ask to have it paid back until now they are going to charge me a fee for waiting so long to have my loan to them repaid? Absolutely absurd.

I dont understand how you advertise to bring it our pets to take picture with the Easter Bunny, and once the picture is taken I am told by security that I need to leave because the mall has a zero dog policy. I cant believe that I spent money on these photos. It was an extremely embarrassing experience and if I wouldve known I would have never done it. After being approached by security, I spoke to customer service and they confirmed that dogs arent allowed in the mall. Words cant express my feelings right now. I even looked for an email address where I can write about my experience, however all you have as contact methods on your website are phone numbers. This is horrible customer service. By the way, my dog, is a four month puppy that was purchased at this mall. She is so well behaved that she is training to be a therapy dog. When I was approached by mall security, she was laying by my feet as I was having a casual conversation with an acquaintance.

I suffered through a mediocre job here just until I found something better. I advise everyone to steer clear of this mall. Theres a rowdy group of punk teenagers that start food fights in the food court every Friday/Saturday night, theres pedophiles that walk around video taping women/children on their phone, the cleaning crew constantly talk about how much weed they smoke and what other drugs theyve done and not to mention barely clean the place, and the mall itself and department stores have no concern for their employees safety during bad weather.

This is the best mall in Berks County! Although this is a smaller mall, it has great department stores (Boscovs, Bonton, Sears), boutiques and specialty shops (Coventry Corners, Hollisters, Gertrude Hawk Chocolates) clothing for all ages, shoe stores, beauty salons, interesting kiosks, and a food court. The Ruby Tuesdays here is one of the best in that chain.

Berkshire Mall is an average mall with your typical mall stores. It is a little on the small side. The mall looks like it hasnt been renovated since the 1970s. If you want better selection youre better off traveling to Lehigh Valley Mall or King of Prussia.

They have a great variety of stores, including Express, Gap, and Aeropostale, but have little else. It is a small mall with three department stores (Sears, Bonton, and Boscovs), and few other notable stores.

Very nice clean mall. One of the few maps left in the are that is almost full. Most malls around seem to be closing or have a few stores. Not this mall it seems crowded and almost 100 percent full.

Its all this area has to offer especially for those who dont have time to drive to KOP. A few new stores and additions to the food court would be nice, but at least its not the Fairgrounds Mall!

Great mall especially if you are from greater reading, has all the niche stores. Shoppers and of course employees friendly and willing to help (most of the time anyway). Good prices for a mall.

Absolutely huge, not as many stores as it once was but still a really good mall. I recommend getting a Jones Soda if you never had one, there is a little quicky mart inside that sells them.

This mall is a shell of what it once was. There are lot of closed stores and what is left is kind sad. Its just lots of cell phone accessory kiosks and a Hal empty food court.

Not as bad as Fairgrounds, but cleanliness is awful... Do they clean the restrooms? Look at the filth along the bottoms of the walls, eeww.. . Geared for teens...

Its a fine mall but could have more. The food court lack of engery makes eating there realization the lack of food choices and that employees are enthusiastic.

Not bad, but not good either. Not a lot of good shops. A lot of places are way over priced and not by just a few dollars. Shop online save some money.

Its has a lot of better stores than the other malls. Shop at the villa if your buying shoes. They are cheaper than any other shoe store.

Going downhill over the past 2 decades. Still has not fixed the skylight that broke during the hailstorm a few years back.
