Check your receipts! I went here for school supplies and the backpack my son picked out had a manufacture suggested price tag of $45.99. The price at the register was $60.99. I have seen where stores leave those tags on and charge less, but not the other way around. I had to specifically ask for the advertised discount of 25% off regularly priced school supplies if you buy the backpack. They gave me the correct prices on both accounts, but only because I caught the mistakes. I sure that they are glad to if only 1 and 100 customers actually look at the receipt.

GO TO OFFICE DEPOT INSTEAD!!!! Wife and daughter went to this Staples location to get printer ink...seems simple enough. Sales associate, who I think was also the manager, was rude for no particular reason. He proceeded to throw the ink down on the counter, told my wife to take the receipt out of the register herself, did not provide a bag, and acted like it was a trouble for him to check out a customer buying merchandise at his store. With so many choices I recommend against going to this Staples store. I know we will be going elsewhere in the future.

Tried to pickup an online purchase from this store. We were running late and called ahead, but the manager would not let us in, even 1 minute after close. Customers were still walking around and ringing up their purchases. I understand technically they had "closed", but a little human understanding goes a long way. Item would take 30 seconds to retrieve from the pickup locker. Refunded it online and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews, it sounds like the manager has a history.

Sales Associate named Mayad was so rude to a customer by asking them do they have any common sense when they are trying to decide about extended warranty that was offered by the company. I always liked this store but this time it was different!

Had to wait for a very long time to get business cards printed. The gentleman working the counter waited until right before the store closed to make our order. This was especially troubling because we were Im from out of town.

Worst Customer Service experience ever. They do the copy wrongly and accuse the customer of not informing them. Rude. Attitude. Making the customer wait for unwanted reasons just because they pointed out their mistakes.
