Called about replacing a belt on my mower and was told it could not be looked up by the part number. Instead of seeing what mower I had and looking it up, I was told that I needed to bring my destroyed belt in to match it up. They could have just looked it up and gave me the price of the interchange belt . What a waste of time.

Difficult to find things in stock and staff has no ability to order to order anything more. I always question how they can have so much John Deere merchandise but theyre not allowed to sell John Deere tractors its a fake farmers co-op no different than Walmart.
