I have been shopping at this Safeway for 20 years. In the last 10 years it has gotten progressively worse in stocked shelves, registers open, elimination of Express Lanes, Customer service, and consistency in product stocking. Here it is noon on a Monday morning, but every day there is the same. Shelves are vacant in every aisle for products of every category. Milk products shelves empty. Aisles blocked by pallets and vendors products, yet remain unstocked!. 2 cashiers open and not 1 for Express yet 10-15 employess removing balloons from ceiling, walking around doing nothing, produce vacant, cashiers socializing with customers to the extent that lines are down the aisles because only 2 open lanes, cashiers worrying about why they havent had their break yet. Pass thru lanes wont take checks to hurry up customers. I have spoken to the Manager numerous times and all I get is a blank stare! Just the plain "NO Care attitude." Shop here or go to Food Lion or Weiss! They dont care. Come on Giant!!!!

I have been trying for over a year to get a FritoLays-Blue Corn Tostidos chip on their shelves. I have talked until I am "blue in the face" to all the management people about stocking this product and 1 other yet over a year later Safeway STILL does not stock it. FritoLay sez it is the store, the sore sez it is Frito Lay..just poor Customer Service!! The only store within 5 miles that does sell it, the chips are gone within 24 hours!

Great selection great people that work there!! Ive been using the pharmacy their for about 5-6 years with no issue whatsoever. Sometimes they run out of sale items but, very nice to give you a raincheck. I go to this store almost everyday.

Why is there never any half and half that is not non fat. Some of us want the fat in our coffee. Please if you see you are out of it all the time order more or if you have it put it on the darn shelf.

This store is horrible. They only keep a few isles open at any given time plus customer service is fair at best. I only go here when I have to.
