This is the drugstore closest to my house and while it meets all expectations - store size, lighting, merchandise selection, etc - but I avoid this store for one reason...staffing. Within the last year, theyve moved to a model that highly encourages self check-out and there have been many times Ive gone to the counter to find no human there to check me out. Im assuming this is a cost-cutting measure but I find self-checkout to be so much slower when I have any more than a few items, that its just frustrating. I constantly have issues with the computer not charging the advertised sale price and God forbid, you move an item in or out of the bagging area too quickly or too slowly!! Overall, its become a hassle to shop there so I dont!

They had plenty of stock but the pricing was anything but accurate when I tried to use the self check out. Speaking of self checkout, if you like being checked out by a human than this is not the store for you. All they have is self check out and its anything but smooth. Ive been to my fair share of these kinds of stores over the years but this place has one heck of an impersonal feel to it. Unless its an emergency (and I cant see that ever being the case) I wont be returning.

The people at the pharmacy are very nice but despite this, every time I come here for a prescription I think to myself- this is where I would take an MBA class to study how to not give good nor efficient service. I really have no idea why I still come here because every time I swear it will be my last. Have several hours available if you plan to come before midnight.

Night manger gave me a hard time about him being out of a product on promo wanted me to return to get my cvs card out of my vehicle waste more time in his terrible store.. cool story. Stock your shelves. Blood on the walls in the restroom peel over the floor and no paper towels or soap good combination.

The last two times I have attempted to order pictures through CVS online photo and the pick them up, they either "do not have them" after I have been told they are ready to pick up, or they call me days later after a "same day pickup" order telling me they are ready.

I have never seen such a rude people work in a pharmacy. People come here when they need help when they are sick. They shouldnt fell more uncomfortable because of ur behavior. I dont want to come back again.

Always slow, always understaffed. Waited again an additional half hour for a prescription to be filled when Id already called for the refill 1.5 hours ago. Would move pharmacies if it werent the closest one.

Whoever manages this place doesnt know what they are doing. Seems constantly understaffed or staffed with people who arent good at their jobs at all. Checkout photo and pharmacy processes are all a mess.

Waited over an hour for a Rx refill, and forget trying to call on the phone and speak with a pharmacist. Youll be placed on hold for over 15 minutes every time. Avoid!!!

With 2 other CVS locations almost a mile away, they need to go ahead and close this one. Store is good, it is the pharmacy that needs to clean house.
