Im giving 1 star because there is not zero or minuses. They abuse peoples trust.! Two years ago when I joined my friends plan in sprint and I asked for a galaxy s 6. The guy with no explanation about how I am going to own the phone just said I will pay 26$ for the phone and 50 $ for my line. After 2 years my friend and I went to sprint to separate our accounts and unlock the phone. The guy said your phone is leased and you have to pay 210 $ to pay it off!!!! If he told me at the first that I am leasing a phone I would never do that. I have never heard that a phone could be leased. I trust him and signed the contract but he abused it! So, instead of trusting them read your contract very carefully.

We came into Sprint this past Saturday because our two year contract had come up. Usually, this process is an expensive headache with phone companies, but not at Sprint! Sam Arkoh, one of the employees at this store, really took the time to listen to our needs and wants from our phones and calling plan. He didnt push phones we didnt want and didnt talk us into a plan we did not need. In fact, I walked away with a new phone and a LOWER monthly bill! Thank you Sam for making this experience easy and worthwhile for me and my Husband! We love being Sprint customers because of great customer service like this.

I visited this place to activate my new sprint service. Thanks to the employees there who dont even know what to do, we could not activate it. Even one of them was saying (he was a little short guy) this is fake with a teasing smile on it. I said I did this over the sprints official web site, and the he still said, it is still fake. I dont understand how a person can be that much rude to his customers. I would not wanna work with these people. Do not go there if you need to, just know they cannot help you.

Sammy help me out and he was AWESOME! I went to pick up a phone for my mother-in-law who was sick and he was so helpful. The customer service was so good, that I even considered switching from AT&T just based on the customer service.. LOL
