Ok I understand the logistical problems with getting in the chicks and ducks. But dont call Dawn to ask any questions she sounds like its just to much trouble for her to have to explain when they might expect arrival. Not the normal customer service I have come to expect. I will stay and steer clear of this location.

The manager, John, along with his entire team have great attitudes and customer service. They have tips for everything from what t-posts to use to how to raise new bronze turkeys. You can tell they really enjoy their jobs. Theres no way youll leave this place without a smile on your face.

Would give them a 0 if I could. Had the sweetest guy that was going on lunch break help us, but will never go in here again, very rude people, but the guy that helped us even though he had clocked out for lunch break deserves a raise. He was a wonderful and very respectful man.

Its a TSC youre going to pay more then you should for what you get but its a fun atmosphere and the employees, though not very knowledgeable are friendly. Its a definite 4, nothing higher, nothing lower.
