Curren Blade

The place was clean, as were the fish and isles. But the reptiles looked hardly kept up as some of them looked sick and dying. A few items were over priced but mostly everything was at an expected price. I loved the fish set up though, looked great. The tanks were clean and the fish were healthy. Now I dont know if this was a good week, because I see some other people saying that they were not cleaned. The employees could be a bit nicer, as when I asked one about the fish, she simply shrugged and kept working. Training may be needed for a select few employees.

The majority of the people who work here are rude and at times argumentative. There are several staff that are stuck up about the "high end quality food" sold here. I do cat rescue. One time I asked where the Purina was and was told, "we dont usually carry food like THAT in Petco." Nonetheless, I found it. I also had a cashier tell me she was "having a bad day" as an excuse for being rude.

Ive gone here for years. Sometimes finding someone is tough and their bird selection isnt the best. That said, I own a fish tank and the majority of fish I own are from this store because the ones I have purchased from care-a-lot 0/4, pet smart 1/3, or pet world 2/5 have died or have not adapted to my pretty well maintained tank. 6.8/.25/blue/ barely orange.

Staff was very helpful and handled our fish and hermit crabs gently. Its nice to see the same staff when I visit the store time and time again. It tells me they like their job and they probably know their jobs well too. There was a nice variety of fish too.

Dont even bother coming to this place, their customer service is the worst. There is never anybody available to assist you and when you find someone, they are worthless.. the dog washing station never works when you need.

I really like Petco. But I dont suggest getting your dog cut here because we took our dog here to get groomed and it took 9 hours and when he was finished he didnt even look good. But otherwise Petco has everything.

Very affordable and organized.. I asked about crinkle mats for rabbits and the cashier said they dont have them. But i got a whole bunch of crinkle toys and a crinkle tunnel!!! My rabbits will love these toys.

Clean bright store. Helpful and polite staff who made it a point to show interest and eye contact to customers. Plenty of stock and geat variety of foods. Fish wall looked vibrant, bright and thriving.

There seems to always be something wrong with the checkout machine. It always takes forever to get checked out. Sometimes I give up and just leave. Employees are nice though.

Very disappointed with their tank care. 3 Damsels dead and watched another die before my eyes. Its not hard to ensure your tanks are clean and healthy.

Extremely understaffed... A couple of Staff members are really kind and helpful
