i wouldnt even rate this 1 star. the stores are filthy, the sales men are ignorant, ONE OF THE SALES PEOPLE PUSHED MY CHIHUAHUA. my dog was just being friendly. one of their old bitter sales man decided to kick us out because the dogs had an accident. terrible. they are highly overpriced as well.

Absolute WORST experience in a pet store. Products are overpriced, and the employees are very ignorant. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you do not mind mean people who accuse your dog of messing up the store when there are 8 other dogs in the store. Petsmart > Petco anyday

A- do not ever buy their fish. They have very questionable practices and they are not healthy. BUT they have an AWESOME selection of aquarium set up stuff, co2, woods, gravel, reptile gear. So for what they lack in animals and animal quality they have in overall gear. (and sales!)

We took our dog for her first nail trimming (anywhere). She was so scared and had an accident because of this. The lady there was so kind about the whole thing. She cleaned Luna up and even let Luna sit with her until we came back. Thank you so much for being so nice to her.

I like that this store has a dedicated area for cats that are up for adoption., the kennels allow you to interact with the cats pretty well. The grooming area is clean and well kept. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge, but youll be okay finding a spot somewhere.

They have a good selection but beware when you buy food. My rabbit food came home with an extreme moth infestation that took forever to get rid of. I ended up tossing $40 worth of rabbit food.

Grooming was great! The girl who works there really cares about your pet. I will be going back. It takes about 2 hours so I had plenty of time to run errands!

The Grooming was fine, & the people were nice. It just seemed quiet in the store. I must have come during a not very busy time.
