Wow, is all I can say. Very very unpleasant experience. Went up there today on my lunch to get some of the chocolate donuts that they are doing for the solar eclipse to be told they dont have any???? strange the sign out front clearly states that they will be available ALL MORNING. Alright cool, so then I ordered to cinnamon twists (they didnt make those this morning) I mean seriously why advertise something if you dont "have it" .... alright so the main point, I spoke to the manager Jeff hoping he could clear the confusion. He basically laughed in my face, interrupted me SEVERAL times, oh then walked off, not solving the problem AT ALL. no worries I sent that complaint over to corporate :) its truly a shame, I visit this location a lot, this wont keep me from this location, but I will make damn sure something is done about this!

We are so happy that we have a Krispy Kreme again! When the old location burned and was closed, we were devastated. I know some people take donuts lightly... but for us, its serious business. Krispy Kreme is our favorite donut in the world. Yes this is a contentious issue for many. Opinions vary. But for us the chocolate-iced creme-filled and the chocolate-iced, glazed are the best donuts money can buy. We have frequented this location since it first opened and they always do a great job. The employees are friendly, helpful and most of all patient. :) Sometimes we take a minute to figure out which ones we want. The donuts here are always fresh and always great.

Good selection and beautiful atmosphere. The majority of the kitchen is behind glass where the public can watch the donut-making process from start to finish. Fun for kids and adults. The taste of the donuts on the day we visited were not as good as Ive had in other Krispy Creme restaurants. The glaze had a maple flavor it seemed. My 4 year old son even mentioned them being "yucky" and he normally loves them.

Ive made the 1 hour drive on more than one occasion to grab donuts and coffee here. The classic glazed are great, especially when theyre fresh and the other donuts dont disappoint either. Their coffee is mellow with good flavor and definitely compliments their donuts. They also have ample seating space which is a nice plus. The trips are definitely worth it!

I brought my reusable coffee cup . they made me buy there disposable cup and charge full price for coffee. then the cashier was rude when I complained that they dont refill when there competition does.

What else needs to be said?? Its a Krispy Kreme! Of course its good! We got some hot doughnuts and were very happy. The service was quick and friendly, and the store was immaculately clean.

When you gotta get the doughnut fix! Sure this is not a high end doughnut shop but the product is always the same tasty morsel you love. Two sour creams and a chocolate milk... Perfect

Excellent quality donuts and fairly inexpensive. The donuts will be fresh from 6am - 10am and 6pm to 10pm. This is when the machine runs and you can watch the donuts be made.
