I dont usually go to Starbucks (not a big coffee guy) but I was in the plaza so I decided to stop in. The mocha cookie crumble frappe sounded good so I ordered a tall. It was busy so the wait was about 5 minutes until I was about to receive my drink, when the two employees making the drinks realized that they made me the wrong one. I was not upset at all or anything, I was happy that they caught it before giving me the drink (because I probably wouldnt have known the difference myself.) They then quickly made me what I ordered, but they gave me a free upgrade to the grande size and even gave me a coupon for a free drink of my choice next time I stopped in. They were very courteous, polite, and apologetic and I am ultimately blown away by their service. I highly recommend this location and I plan on using this example of customer service to further improve my own skill set as I progress through my own career.

Team members are quick to learn names and memorize favorites; not as a duty, but as a passionate way to uplift individuals, as well as themselves, and essentially recreate the essence of home (think "peace", if u have kids) Altogether my favorite Starbucks establishment to date. "[Chris]topher" will likely be there to boost spirits. His vivacious personality really encapsulates the essence Wexford Plaza Starbucks. Compliment his phone or spark a corresponding conversation to win over some brownie points and hopefully get a free treat! :D

Brennan and his friend (wish I got his name) are absolutely outstanding! I have been to many reputable Starbucks around the country, and would have to say they gave me the best service. I got my new favorite, the Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato with extra whipped cream. Not only did they give me extra extra whipped cream, they were super kind and really personable! This location has made me the best Starbucks drink I have ever had, by far! I would give 100 stars, if I could! Thanks again, guys!

Every time I come here, the workers seem very confused and flustered for no reason. Ive come during slow times of days too. Id hate to see it when its very busy. The drinks and space are fine, but I had to give it a poor rating for the service. Maybe they just dont know how to handle this new space with the drive through since they moved from Wexford Plaza.

Spent weeks here working on my thesis. Nice place to get work done and maybe meet people also working on interesting projects. Staff is really kind too. Every now and then they go around with free samples.
