This by far has been the worst experience Ive ever had at Starbucks. I visit a Starbucks about 3-4 times a week, and this has just made me change my desire for the rich coffee. On Thursday night I enter this location where it was about 6pm, a very nice gentle took my order, which my colleague had order, while I was waiting the cashier was able to suggest a new drink since my favorite drink is now out of stock. I order a java chip frappe, A chestnut drink, A white mocha , and a regular latte. My order took about 10 mind to make and when I received the java chip frappe it was watery, I kindly ask the lady who made it why was it like that, not because I wanted to get a free one or complain but because it was for someone else, she rudely responded in a loud tone and stated that Ive been here for more than 10 minutes and therefore the drink melts. I asked for her to make it again kindly and she gave me a attitude, she then made the drink and the drink wasnt the same, the whip cream was thorn on. lastly when my colleague try the drink it didnt taste the same, It wasted as if it had an excessive amount of coffee. I dont recall her name because she wasnt wear a name tag , but she dark skin, she was not well groom and it was only two of them working. I dont know how horrible her day must have been but the customer service skills really need to be address, I will never go back to this star buck and I hope that I never have this type of experience again

Not your typical Starbucks: there is virtually no seating here (which is ok because you sit in the hotels lobby). Dont have their own wifi. But you can use the hotels -- the only thing is that the baristas are clueless about this. If theres one thing that I know about Starbucks, its their baristas are well trained -- not these. So one has to discover for themselves that its ok to use the hotels wifi even if youre not a guest. Also, 99.9% of the Starbucks around the nation honor free (or virtually free) refills as long as youre drinking at the location. Not these bozos.

It is nice to have a starbucks near the hotels. However their prices are higher than other locations by quite a bit. 1 day there espresso machine was down. Such a large company such as starbucks should always have a backup. Average location at best.
